The hotel was a very good surprise! The best staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was equiped with everything you need including an electric kettle. The breakfast at the beautiful, sunny restaurant was very complete with a big variety of possibilities. You really get your value for money.

First, this little hotel is only a one hour drive to the Copenhagen Airport; second, it is in a quiet, rural area of Southern Sweden teeming with horse ranches (It is the Lexington, Ky, area of Sweden; third, the owners are deeply embedded in the Swedish horse culture; fourth the dining area looks out on a very classy, indoor riding arena in which are trained some of Sweden's top equestrian horses and riders--our room also had a window looking into the area); fifth, the hotel is kept immaculately clean (even each and everyone of the room corners; sixth, the kitchen and refrigerator are stocked with everything one could possibly want for breakfast (When I asked if they had oatmilk, they didn't but when out of their way to go get some; seventh, the area is very beautiful with walking trails in a nearby woods; and ninth, it is close to Lund, a picturesque university town.

We had a great first night in Sweden starting our road trip and enjoyed being surrounded by nature. The room was very clean and nice, the breakfast was delicious and it was very beautiful to sit in the wintergarten. We highly recommend staying here (if you have a car).
