GermanyThe employee of the hotel was extraordinarily nice and helpful. I was quite a mess and she helped me so much even without knowing me. The place was clean, super cozy with a nice kitchen and living room, a massive big garden, a nice terrace and an own access to the lake in front of the house. I can definitely recommend this place. RussiaIt was an amazing holiday in the Swedish forest. What can I say about this place... Nature is wonderful, the house is very cozy and comfortable for the company of 9 people and the big dog (4 adults, 5 children and bernese boy). The owners are very kind and hospitable. The house has everything you need and even more. There are a lot of different kinds of tableware for cooking and serving the table, pillows and blankets for cozy and warm. Also there are 2 fireplaces, underfloor heating on the ground floor etc. We are very happy! And we hope to come back soon.

PolandCalm and beautiful surroundings. Apartment was very cute, spacious and clean. Building itself was beautiful. It was old, classical Swedish house, which has a lot of charm in it. Around hotel are walking paths and very easily accessible lake. Hotel is placed in a centrum of region Dalsland what makes it a perfect place to stay when you want to visit or do a road-trip around the region.

-Couldn’t sleep, it was too much noises from the street.

-Couldn’t find hotel from Google map.. it’s a second hand store instead.
- the hotel is not 100% operating as a hotel but half is a bible school or something, cafe, second hand store.
- I was confused about breakfast also.
- it took so long time to find the hotel, after we found and arrived.. the door was locked 😅

Super moose park in Ed, you pay for one day and get the next...
Super moose park in Ed, you pay for one day and get the next day for free. Really great experience. Lots of young moose, and the great Alfred ! Three times a day the feed the moose and explain/ tell you about the moose. After you visit the moosepark you can take a nice walk around the park with a a supervisor point at a lake, and after that you can enter the shop and buy your moose “memory”. Two shops Willy’s and Coop. Nice places to swim around the lake and a nice camp site.
We spotted 2 moose, in the wild, in the evening while driving from Ed to ‘Treklistan’Nature park. Around Ed there is an accuaduct/ whatterfall, lots of nature.

The nice old wooden house was in an idyllic yard surrounded by beautiful nature. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was not just super good but perfect! I was asked in advance what sort of thing I like to have for breakfast or do I have some allergies which felt super nice. It was also nice to have some short chats with the owners.

We really liked the cottage in Ed. Everything was provided, and it was nice that the bathroom was nice and warm and we could do laundry. Tresticklan National Park is a 20-minute drive away, and it's very beautiful.
We received a warm welcome.
