This hotel is simply a gem. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a team whose service is truly top-tier — professional, genuinely kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Everything is spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully maintained, making you feel welcome and well taken care of. One thing that really stands out is their flexibility and thoughtfulness: being given a private room to work in even after checking out is a rare and wonderful gesture that made the stay even more comfortable. On top of that, they generously offered complimentary coffee and tea, adding an extra touch of warmth. Being able to park the car right outside the hotel was another big plus, making everything smooth and convenient. Every moment here has felt easy, calm, and incredibly pleasant.

This trip has been a truly perfect experience, especially because the accommodation was extremely comfortable, ensuring that we had plenty of energy throughout the day. Our main purpose for coming here was to observe migratory birds, and it's clear that the cities chosen by these birds must be safe, comfortable, and pleasant. Indeed, this city has given us a sense of tranquility and ease. The environment here is very clean, with almost no litter on the streets, and the air is fresh, making it incredibly relaxing. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, giving a sense of peaceful isolation, which is perfect for rest and relaxation. The hotel breakfast features foods I really enjoy, and everything is fresh. After a meal, I feel recharged and ready for the day. What impressed me even more was the friendliness and warmth of the hotel staff. They were attentive and patient, taking great care of us, making us feel like we were truly treated like family. From the moment we checked in, I could feel the unique charm of this place, where I felt genuinely cared for. This city is not only beautiful but also offers a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The residents live at a relaxed pace, with smiles everywhere, and every little detail makes you feel incredibly welcomed. Whether for travel or long-term living, this city provides a comfortable and fulfilling experience. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends. It is truly a place worth returning to, leaving me with deep and wonderful memories.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great location. Very good customer service. When breakfast wasn’t available one morning ( included in my package) I was offered a takeaway breakfast plus a free dinner to make up for no smorgasbord breakfast. Food was delicious. Easy walk to town, ICA supermarket, train station & buses.
