Highly recommended, the people who work there are excellent, I had a guide that if Du who also works there was extraordinary and they are all very helpful, the hotel is also very clean, quiet is close to the airport and the city centre. I had a problem with the flight I travelled on and my sister had no place on the plane and had to stay and the owner of the Hotel was tireless, I even told my sister not to worry that he would help with what she needed, I can say that he was excellent from the first day we arrived

Great value for money. Central location, good room size, A/C worked perfectly, clean room with good water pressure...nice balcony to watch the life below. The lady owner didn't speak English well but nothing Google Translate can't resolve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On one day I found complementary pastries in my room which was a nice touch. There is a nice supermarket next door that has everything you may need. I was able to walk in the night to get some food. It is safer than it may look at night. Some guests have reported noise feom cars on the street...didn't really affect me as I always carry ear plugs. It is easier to wear them than silence the world. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. I wish we had stayed longer! Our cottage was beautiful, super comfortable and clean and it was so pleasant to fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall nearby. When booked in advance, you can also have vegan meals here. They were all really good.

This was a great place to start our holiday in Sao Tome. We wanted somewhere close to the airport and outside the city. Casa Luis delivered and also has a beautiful quiet garden to chill out, a pool to cool down in and clean rooms with air conditioning which makes it easier to get used to the heat in the night. The owner was really helpful, he arranged for someone to come and exchange our euros to the local dobras - and he even took care of our extra stuff when we went for a trip to Principe (only 16 kgs luggage allowed on the plane). He offered to have someone escort us to the restaurant the first day, but after understanding that the area was safe we politely declined and found our way using google maps. Thank you and we would visit again.

I stayed in Eco-Por my last two days in São Tomé. It was just perfect. Felt like I am in middle of tropical forest and I was alone. Beautifully designed, clean home. I had an accident on my way there, ended up in hospital couple of hours as I broke my leg. Arrived there in a taxi with plastered leg. The staff (Rodrigo) did everything to make sure I was okay, checked on me every few hours, brought me me food from village. I managed to get rest in my way long journey home. Place has, I believe no restaurant etc but next to a big village for any need. Couldn’t walk around the area but sitting on my private terrace, looking down to river and listening the nature really made stay there. Breakfast was not included but staff (Fabio, his name I think) made very nice breakfast my two morning there. Many fruit, juice, hot drink, letter and fresh bread was more than enough. Ned was on hard side but was comfortable for me. WiFi, aircon, mini fridge worked very well. It was a perfect way of ending my active holiday in São Tomé.
