Our stay at casas de luanda GH Kinaxixi was very satisfying. My sister, niece and I stayed there for 12 nights and we really felt very comfortable there. Because of our long stay, we also created a close relationship with the staff. Everyone was very attentive. A very special thanks to Laura, you are a class act. You made our stay more pleasant and warm. We miss the conversations! By the way i still think of your scrumptious pineapple cake. We will definitely come back!! Um abraço grande, Marta

Excellent breakfast, and very nice variety. The accommodation is very clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is also very safe and in a very nice area. I will definitely be returning here. The dinner was also phenomenal upon request and very affordable.

I loved everything about the hotel, the experience was beyond impeccable. The reception Team, Janeth and Silvano, were incredible with communication and hospitality. I was amazed. Jany was incredible being super helpful, and knowledgeable too. Goncalves was extremely supportive during our stay. The ladies at the Menzanine area, were so friendly and kind. The gentleman at the rooftop was so great and made the best caipirinha. Bruna as a Comercial Director is doing a fantastic job with team. Excited to comeback already. Very appreciative of the care and attention to the detail too.

Luanda is underrated.

Luanda is underrated. It has a reputation far worse than the reality, and is worth a trip, as are other parts of Angola. It is however expensive for hotels, and also for the air ticket. As in many countries, the people are kind and helpful and the main attraction.

It's a vibrant city for a vibrant country. Lot's of colours and smells and music. Big population for a crazy economy. Needs to work on general safety to be a number 1 touristic destination which it can easily be.

Beautiful city and very clean in some parts.

Beautiful city and very clean in some parts. Other parts are really filthy with lots of rubbish. The people are friendly, the food isn't bad; sometimes too salty and not spicy enough. The weather is wonderful, sunny but cool. The traffic is unbearable. There are mosquitoes, so come prepared. It's a place I would visit again.

Visa or Mastercard is not widely accepted at all places. and some shops only take Cash but does not have change for larger notes that the ATM's give you. the Beach front restaurants mostly do take Visa/Mastercard and most CBD hotels. but the further you stay/travel outside Luanda most places only take cash(small notes) and local bank cards.

The hostel is somewhat hidden behind Bethel Church. It's an important point of contact when entering or leaving the country. But it's definitely worth staying there for a few days to explore Luanda and organize your trip. It's different from hostels where check-in is digital and you don't see anyone: at this hostel, we met many travelers, and the hostel team is absolutely wonderful and Antonio provided us with excellent support. And the rooftop terrace is a real bonus. It's great that this hostel exists in Luanda!

The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable! Even picked us up at the airport for a fee but the fee was low so totally worth it. In a absolutely horrible setting like Luanda the hotel was a nice reprieve because of the great staff and comfortable bed and clean sheets

It´s a guest house, but rooms are just like or even better than those in 3 or 4 stars hotels. Staff are amazing. They will do everything they can to help you out. It´s a much cheaper alternative than the very expensive hotels in Luanda. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Angola.

Location, staff, efficiency and helpfulness. I also used the fitness suite, which was well equipped and had stunning views of the city. Hotels in Luanda are famously expensive but often not that good. This was my second visit to RK and I’d come again.

Friendly Staff, Breakfast, Gym, Room. All very good. You immediately get the a wellness feeling or like feeling at home. Hotel not overcrowded, relatively small, boutique style and therefore almost personalised service. Highly recommend.
