Everything! We had such a wonderful time at Baandindon Homestay. Don and his family are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. It’s a beautiful home and garden, with a lovely garden to explore, our children especially loved the new addition of a sandpit to play in. We played some card games with them, and enjoyed music together. His mum spoke with our girls to help them learn a Thai song. Our favourite homestay in Thailand! We will be back.

Had a really pleasant stay there. Quiet and clean, with a nice view. On the photos I attached, it's not pollution but the morning fog. Sky was clear in the afternoon, but I forgot to take pictures. They have a restaurant where they prepare 5-6 standard Thai dishes (pad kaprao, fried rice, etc), but most people seem to opt for the mukata, which, from what we saw, is really generous and easily enough for 2 people. Even though I didn't order it, i tried it and it is delicious meat, as one of the other stayers ordered one for himself, couldn't finish it, and invited me to help him. Breakfast was simple, but nice, a fried rice with an egg on top, toasts, jam, fruits and instant coffee/tea. They also sell a few drinks (beers and sodas) as well as snacks and cup noodles. If more is needed, there is a proper mini Mart just 200m up the (steep) road. Room was nice and clean, with a kettle. Bed was really large and comfortable. Special thumbs up for the water heater, which is not the standard small electric one you see everywhere in asia, but a gas one. They also have some cute friendly cats, one who decided to take a nap on my bag. The hosts were incredibly nice and more helpful than one could imagine. My buddy was staying in another room, and managed to badly fall off his motorbike a bit before checkout, and completely dislocated his shoulder. They drove him to the small local hospital, when the nurses saw there that it was too serious for them to do anything for him, they drove him all the (long) way to the hospital in Chiang Mai. Thank you for the kindness and for the really enjoyable stay

Location was fairy tale , it matches the description given on its website . Great staff , super alert and warm . Room was spacious and very well maintained . To top up all the above the food at the hotel is delicious and priced right . We had 5 breakfast and 5 meals at the hotel and every meal was fantastic . Thanks team Sukantara for this memorable and mesmerising stay . Highly recommended !!!
