Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel. The design is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, and there is clearly a lot of thought behind the concept. However, there are a few details that prevent it from being a true five-star experience. Check-in was surprisingly slow, with a long queue on arrival. Having the reception located on the 7th floor also feels a little unusual, and the overall layout can be confusing at first. One of the more unusual design choices is that guests have to walk through the restaurant to reach the pool. It feels slightly awkward, especially as diners are seated right next to the pool area. When you’re swimming or relaxing in the pool, people are having lunch or dinner just a few metres away, which doesn’t create the most natural atmosphere for either the restaurant guests or those using the pool. One thing that surprised me was how different the service felt depending on the time of day. Breakfast service was efficient, attentive and well organised despite the restaurant being busy. In the evening, however, I was literally the only guest in the restaurant, yet orders, food delivery and even the bill still required follow-up. The team were always genuinely warm and friendly, but they often appeared uncertain, making the overall dining experience feel less polished than expected from a five-star hotel. The rooms are exceptionally well designed from an aesthetic point of view, but they have sacrificed too much functionality. There is very limited space to hang clothes, very little room for toiletries in the bathroom, and finding a practical place for a suitcase is surprisingly difficult. I was travelling alone with one suitcase, and even then it was an inconvenience. Then there is the elephant in the room – quite literally. A large pendant light hangs unusually low in the middle of the room, and at 187 cm tall I had to duck almost every time I walked beneath it to avoid hitting my head.

Det var rent. Veldig bra personale, veldig hjelpsomme.

Kjempegod frokost med godt utvalg. Romslige rom med god aircondition. Komfortable senger med rent sengetøy. Flere heiser, alltid en ledig. Veldig sentralt i Silom.

Var store rom, rent og fint. Veldig sentralt
