Beautiful hotel, with a stunning grand entry staircase to each floor ( a lift too) and beautiful rooms. We stayed with family so I saw 6 different rooms. Extended our stay after the first night. Steakhouse situated in front to the left of the hotel was incredible, amazing food, really fair priced. Ian was the one who greeted us, I believe he is the hotel manager and he spoke very good English, which helped, as there was an issue with the booking - booking.com stated the suite came with a sofa bed (which we required for our kids) but none of their rooms have that as an option. Regardless of this, Ian and the staff were so hospitable, gave us a choice of rooms and we got a mattress put in the big one for my kids. We’ve been here 2 days now with another 2 to go and everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. The pool is amazing, coffee shop and staff are also amazing, there’s lotus shopping centre across the road with a variety of food in food court, atms, and a laundromat across from the carpark. The hotel carpark is easy to get in and out and has plenty of car parks. The room we have also has a very very nice bath!

Superb hotel with a lovely lake 1 minute from hotel. Beautiful room with kettle cups glasses tea coffee, and large thick towels and safe. Plenty wardrobe space. Friendly staff and lots of parking spaces in the hotel grounds. Quiet! Very comfortable bed. Lovely to walk round the lake..maybe about 35 minutes..but go anticlockwise! I was the only idiot going against the flow of walkers and joggers. About a 20 minute slw jog. You can see the lake from the balcony.. Loved it here!

Great hotel in an excellent location just a few minutes from Phu Wiang National Park and the dinosaur museum. Very calm, peaceful hotel with lovely gardens. Room was immaculately clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Excellent dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast too.
