They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. Koh Jum has quiet sandy beaches which allow you to escape the crowds! Lovely food and nice people. Simple beach bungalows - seafront is best 😊. There are quirky bars scattered on the various beaches - which are great to visit . Saw no cars on the island , just a couple of trucks for guests otherwise it’s scooters or Tuk-tuks. Suitable for families and people looking for a beutiful place off the beaten track and nowhere near as busy as nearby places such as Phi Phi island.
