Location was great. I suggest staying on the top floor. The bar at the far end of the island is quiet with picturesque seating and open late (Lew tu bar or something)

Great island stay with fantastic sunsets, sunrise on the east is great if you get up and climb early. Fantastic place to balance out some hiking with rock climbing, swimming and snorkelling. Easy to swim in western beach and wonderful sunsets for all along the beach. Easy bars/restaurant street to choose from with fresh seafood a plenty. Lots of accomodation to choose from to suit multiple budgets. Definately a nice spot to stay for a few days- definately ensure you bring hiking shoes to climb and explore the rocks, lagoon and look out.

Railay Beach is a great place to visit for a few days.
Railay Beach is a great place to visit for a few days. Explore the local limestone cliffs and walk the monkey trail to Phra Nang Beach. Limited dining options on walking street, maybe due to the fact that we were almost in monsoon season (low Season). Glad we stayed in Railay for a few days.

West Railay Beach was lovely, but Railay beach as a location is very small, dirty & touristy. I'm glad we went but would definitely say 2 nights is enough. You can walk from one side of Raily to the other in 5 minutes.

Railay West Beach has a lot of atmosphere and it is great for watching the sunset. There are a ton of restaurants along the walking street, so there are many options for food. Unfortunately, there are a lot of longtail boats around Railay West, bringing day visitors back and forth. If you want more of a relaxing beach to swim at, I would suggest taking a short walk to Phra Nang Beach.

Railay Beach is a (unfortunately not so) hidden Gem!
Railay Beach is a (unfortunately not so) hidden Gem! The vibe is so relaxed with endless views of the limestone cliffs around you. Climbing to the viewpoint, visiting caves, relaxing on the beaches or just having a great time at some nice local bars and eateries.
No cars or scooters on the small 'island' makes for a much less noisy atmosphere.

Railay Beach is one of our favourite spots in Thailand.
Railay Beach is one of our favourite spots in Thailand. There are three main beaches, and the best is Phra Nang Beach. It is easy to walk to and from all the beaches.
Railay Beach - walking street access, a couple of resorts, kayak and SUP hire, and long-tail boats from and to Ao Nang.
Phra Nang Beach - rock climber, Princess Cave Shrine, great swimming beach. During high season, they have long-tail boats selling hot food and drinks.
At East Railay Beach, the tide goes out a long way, which is not suitable for swimming. Many tourist boats come this way, and there is a floating pontoon. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes, laundry etc on this side. Also, access to Walking Street.

the location is perfect, convenient to everything at East Railay and a 5min walk to walking street on West Railay. Much more authentic then many of the resorts on the island. we loved sitting at the restaurant balcony watching monkeys, longtail boats and surrounded by limestone cliffs.
great food at the restaurant, room was perfect with good air conditioning and warm shower. the pool is small but all you need to cool off.
above all the staff are exceptional. they did everything to accommodate us and made our trip a dream
This hotel's location is excellent, right on Railay beach and only a short stroll from the walking street on the island. The pool area(s) were in good locations (one by the beach and one nearer the middle of the resort), and the resort supermarket and pharmacy came in very handy for stocking up on water / snacks for our various boat trips.
Great affordable resort. Located at Railay West beach, which is way better than the East side. We had connected poolside rooms which were quite big. Lovely restaurants in the neighbouring street. Several times monkeys in the resort.
Location is superb. Has direct access to Railay beach, and the hotel also provided beach mats which made beach experience even better. The concierge were very nice and even helped treat my friend’s wound when she cut her foot.
