Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Avatar Railay is set in Railay Beach, Krabi. It is only 2953 feet from Phra Nang Cave. West railay and phra nang beaches are beautiful, at the hotel the villa and the pool view rooms are great, the food at the hotel is awesome at a fair price, good buffet breakfast, very clean rooms with great wooden decor
Railay Phutawan Resort is located along Railay Beach in Krabi, surrounded by green mountains and the beautiful Andaman Sea. This tropical getaway enjoys easy access to the nearby islands. The location and view were stunning. The room was spacious and had a wellness resort feel to it. The rooms were kept really clean.
Railay Great View Resort and Spa is located on the beaches of East Railay, 16 miles from Krabi Airport. It features free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Great view over the beach. Breakfast. Room.
Located along Krabi’s Railey West Beach, Sand Sea Resort features rooms with a private balcony. It showcases an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas. It's such a incredible place to stay. Very well located at the Raily Beach West Side, 02 minutes walking from the Walking St, or 05 minutes walking to the east side, about 10 minutes walking to Phra Nang Beach and Tonsai Beach, both beaches are Wonderfull, place for kayaking and a lot climbing. The breakfast is gorgeous and staff are so kindly. In addition, we can have Raily Beach West Side just in front of you and then chill out for a little while at the swimming pool. I highly recommend!
On Railay East Beach, this resort features an outdoor swimming pool. The modern rooms have a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. If you go to Thailand then you must go to Railay Beach and I highly recommend this hotel. You can watch the sunrise while having coffee then a 5 minute walk to watch the sun set in the evening. Spectacular place to be and the food is good too!
Surrounded by greenery and cliffs, Tonsai Bay Resort is a 2-minute walk from Tonsai Beach and offers villas with private balconies. It features a diving center, beachfront restaurant and bar. Awesome resort, monkeys in it's garden, beautifully clean and comfortable. It's in climbers paradise.
Featuring a restaurant, Chill Out Bar & Bungalow is near Railay Beach. The bungalows includes a fan and a patio with a sitting area. The private bathroom has a shower. What an absolutely unreal place- energy was unbelievable. Staff are amazing, the location is "off the beaten trail" but super convenient to get everywhere, and it's just stunning. Would stay there for years if I could.
Located on Ton Sai Bay of Krabi, Dream Valley Resort offers comfortable accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool and views of the limestone mountain. This place is superb and the rate are very reasonable for what you get. Staff extremely helpful.. it is the most deluxe place on that beach.. But it doesnt feel excessive.. stay low key. Discreet. electricity stops.. but remains active when most important.
Jungle Hut Bungalow is offering accommodations in Tonsai Beach. Ao Nang Beach is 1.2 miles from the guesthouse. The nearest airport is Krabi International Airport, 18 miles from the property.
The West Beach and Phra Nang Beach were beautiful. I stayed at East Beach which has lots of accommodation options, but not as aesthetically pleasing. The day trips are... simply incredible. I did two over four days and they did not disappoint. It is more popular than the internet implies, but certainly a gorgeous place to experience.
It’s a small yet fun island. It’s great if you like rock climbing and hang out at the beach. It’s very lay back and relaxing. The beach can get very crowded with people and boats alike so if you don’t like too many people around you while trying to sunbathe then that’s not a place for you.
Set aside from the rest of the mainland, Railay really is paradise. The beaches on the entire peninsula are all well worth visiting. Some activities: lazy beach days with really good cheap Thai boat food, kayaking around the rock seaside cliffs, speed boat to nearby islands for snorkeling, spa, rockclimbing, hiking to the viewpoint and to the tidal lagoon, and a little bit of relaxing nightlife but nothing too crazy.
It was crowded with tourists but there are over 1,000 climbing routes and, as a new climbing enthusiast, I wanted to stay much longer. The long boats on Railay west beach were constantly running their engines -its hard to relax on the beach with constant roaring.... The south beach and caves were awesome! Definitely look for monkeys!
Wow! The views are stunning! The biggest tip I could give is to stay at Railay beach overnight. This way you can enjoy the beach in the early evening and morning when the daytrippers are not there and the beach is much less crowded.
I would actually say that unless you’re a rock climber you don’t need to come here. There are nicer beaches elsewhere, and less expensive too. But we came to climb. Since the climbing in Chiang Mai is temporarily shut down this is the next best thing.

The view from the rooms and from the pool area are sublime. The room really blew us away, the photos don’t do it justice, really spacious and modern with fantastic views from the balcony. The hotel restaurant has great views all around and the food was good. Buffet breakfast. Little shop onsite for drinks, snacks and essentials which was handy. Just a 10-15 minute walk down a path from the hotel that runs parallel to the sea which leads to a strip of bars, restaurants, shops etc and Railay Beach of course.

Male Staff always smiling and joking, very nice. The view is very nice, you don't regret a couple of stairs for this. Bungalows or wooden houses are really well built, comfortable bed, everything you need in the room: towels, miror, room to let your stuff, a very very nice balcony, shadow thanks to the trees in the morning. The resort offers a very basic but free breakfast, tea/coffee + toasts ham and butter. Kick start your day there, awesome PLACE!! For reasonable price

Loved our stay here! The location was a short walk up the hill from the walking street between East & West Railay. The walk was not bad at all and totally worth it. We are climbers so it was really cool to stay right Diamond Cave wall and watch climbers from the pool. Amazing view and super clean, nice pool. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious. The staff was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Enjoyed the soul of the resort and the people running the place. Rapala was the best that happened during my stay in Railay beach. As a solo traveller it was a great place to relax after battling hordes of tourists on the beach. I Had great chats with the guy who runs the place. Food was good and cheaper than anywhere else. I meant to stay 2 nights and kept extending it to a total of 9!!

Perhaps the best possible location on railey east beach in terms of commuting. But the beach is not as good as it is on west side. I mean its not the sand beach in front of the resort because its on east side. Sand beach is on west side. Staff was super awesome and helpful. Room neat and clean and maintained. Loved it..and will choose again if went there again.

It was better than what I had thought and definitely better than what I have been to especially in Thailand. They offer basic accommodation, all you really need if your going to be more out and about than being indoors. Good location to railay beach.

Good location in East Railay. Infinity pool looking over East Beach. Room was very clean. Very close to lots of good, cheap places to eat. Much better to stay and eat in East Beach compared to West Beach

The hotel was lovely and clean, location was great for us as we liked the 5 Minute walk to the west beach, railay beach was lovely, one of the nieces in Thailand

It was cheap! It was also on the east side of Railay where most of the nightlife resides, if you're looking for that. It was clean and basic.

Laid back resort with a refreshing swimming pool, conveniently situated on East Railay - an easy walk from pier, West Railay and Pra Nang Beach.

On the West side of the island which is much calmer than the east side. Small walking street on the next street over.
