Hotel in Long Beach, Phi Phi Islands
Located in Phi Phi Islands and with Long Beach reachable within a few steps, Paradise Pearl Bungalows has a tour desk, rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a garden. This hotel is appropriately named - we truly felt like we were living in Paradise. You are on the lovely Long Beach - about 5-10 minute taxi boat from town. You are secluded from the rift-raft of the main village - don't stay there! It's dirty, noisy, and stinky. At Paradise Pearl, the facility is super clean, super well manicured and very well maintained. The waitstaff are personable and excellent. There is a relaxed, chill vibe here. The resort is family owned and staffed by the same people every day. The included breakfast is nice and there are lots of options for lunch/dinner from the restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable and you don't feel like you're getting price-gouged considering you're on a small island with few options for eating. We ate at the restaurant 4 nights, 5 days and were satisfied. Also, the beach is wonderful! Most people stay in the town and have to hire a taxi longboat to go to beautiful beaches. At Paradise Pearl, you have your own white sandy beach right at your footsteps! We were so thrilled to have stayed here. Also, it was apparent on our 30 minute jungle trek to town one day that many resorts and hotels are empty or poorly maintained due to no tourism during covid. Paradise Pearl Bungalows is even more of a gem in this regard. The hotel was very well maintained and while not super full (maybe 40% occupied) it didn't feel like you were the only one staying at the hotel. You have the option of hiring a long boat for a 3 hour tour of Maya Bay for the day for 1,500 bht and we highly recommend doing so! There are boats that work directly for the hotel and they are excellent guides. The hotel truly provides all the services and accommodations one would need for a stay on the Phi Phi islands. We originally booked 3 nights on Booking.com, but extended our stay by a day because the place was THAT nice :)

A wonderful place to go for a beach holiday. The location is idyllic, with breath-taking views and beaches in abundance. We stayed at the Paradise Pearl hotel on Long Beach. The hotel was great and the beach is stunning. You can be as relaxed or as energetic as you want, with walks, swimming and boat trips all available. The food at the hotel was excellent. The road network on the island is very limited, which is actually a big part of the charm of the place. To get from Long Beach to Tonsai is a 30 minute walk on paths through the trees or a 5 minute long tail boat trip away. There are parts of the walk that would be more difficult at night, as sections of the pathways are not illuminated after dark. Of the boat trips available we went to Koh Phi Phi Lei (The location of "The Beach" film). Crowded, but worthwhile doing.
The most beautiful place Ive ever seen. Taking a trip around the Island in a longboat is most recommendable. You can hire Longboat taxies everywhere and pay by the hour / number of guests on board. Must take a walk up to the view points on the island. You can buy water and softdrinks at the top while enjoying the magnificient views.
Been staying for over a month in Thailand and so far Phi Phi's beaches were the most breathtaking. The water is so blue! Definitely recommend getting a longtail boat around Maya bay – we spent around 3 hours going around the lagoon swimming and snorkelling. To enter the famous beach itself costs 400 BHT per person, but you can't swim there. So basically you come and pay to take pictures. We also liked Long beach – the hike to it is quite lovely. And it's worth checking out fire shows at Loh Dalum Beach, starting from around 9 pm. It gets a bit repetitive, but it's fun at the beginning. I think two-three nights is enough in Phi Phi.
Great and beautiful island, we spent most of our 3 days scuba diving with Adventure Club which was awesome. The nightlife was buzzing, beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear blue water, kayaking, long tail boats and more.
Full day island tours better value for money than half day tour. National park fee of 400baht per person normally not included and payable every day per tour. Shop around for affordable tour prices. Tour operators closer to Tonsai Pier more exspensive. If you do not like loud music do not stay on the sandbar area. Music play all night through. Be carefull of monkeys at Monkey bay beaches. They bite the tourists. Regardless if you have food with you or not. If you are bitten you need to get rabies and tetanus injections which costs round about 1600 baht per injection. Better to avoid monkey beach completely. Phi Phi Don is a must see island and surrounding bamboo island, Phi Ley legoon and Maya bay are true gems of the Andaman Sea. Sunset at view point two overlooking Phi Phi.is a must. Locals are very friendly and talkative.
Phi Phi used to be known as a busy backpacker place overcrowded with tourists. Now it is a quiet, calm, beautiful island that has seen some of its nature come back. The water is crystal clear, the bay is spectacular, the residents are helpful and lovely. Unfortunately, there are areas that would make for a great scifi movie with all the shuttered shops and roofs caving in. But these don't take away from the calm of just floating in that beautiful bay.
Phi Phi Islands
- beautiful place, much much better than main part of island, around Ton Sai. Calm, peace, great little town with bars and restaurants behind hotel- paradise! - great beach, super pools, very cozy and nice bungalows, high standard - wonderful and very tasty, rich breakfasts - very nice and smiled staff (this English though...) - we had a trip around islands, well organized. Nice driver, good lunch boxes, wonderful views and snorkeling
Phi Phi Islands
Have to be honest, it was super quiet but I found I visited during a where I could relax, enjoy the scenery and the peace. A lot was closed in the hotel (no guests of course) but the staff....truly amazing, one Guy ‘Sakai’ stood out. Taking me after his work had finished to see the island, taking time to take me snorkeling, I believe that all the staff have this attitude
The hotel's locaition is great, close to the beaches on both sides of the island, near the market, but you don't heare any noise. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Tha staff were nice - bringing cold drinks as you get to the reception. there is a nice swiming pool and breakfast was good. It was a great place to go around and also to relax.
The pool area and the beautiful views from the breakfast area Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were ver comfortable. The cleaning staff were great and the manager at check in was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel. The pick up and drop off at the pier was very convenient and appreciated.
Phi Phi Islands
It's one of the most affordable accomodation options at Long Beach, so the proximity of the beach was nice, the views, the privacy of a bungalow. The hotel provides free longboat rides to the island centre (Tonsai pier) 3 times a day - that's convinient. There is also free coffe in the morning, nice touch.
Phi Phi Islands
The hotel was fine, more or less met the expectations. It's a bit far from all the noisy streets on the island, which gives the opportunity to sleep well at night. The bedding set was really nice, soft and comfortable ( but a bit worn out. Maybe they should change them more often).
Phi Phi Islands
Lovely room, great price and friendly staff! The island is amazing and the hotel is just 15 minute walk from the pier. The staff collected and dropped off all of our luggage at the boat :) and the hotel is just at the edge so it is very peaceful. Can’t wait to go back
Phi Phi Islands
Long Beach right on your door step Hotels beach restaurant did some lovely food Staff very friendly/helpful Long tail boat free transportation from ferry to hotel and back Or use then to get into town 100 Baht pp each way 150 baht night time (30 min walk )
Phi Phi Islands
Very clean room and helpful hosts. Someone at the pier to pick us up and walk us to the hotel with our bags. Booked us on to the boat tour around the island as soon as we got there. Cheap and efficient laundry service. Would stay again next time in Phi Phi.
Phi Phi Islands
Location and Hotel Beach. Breakfast had alot of options and so did the buffet. Playing soccer on the beach. Local fishermen’s that can take you around the Island. The homemade biscuits. The gym is very complete.
room was big and clean, break fast room was a big dining hall, break fast was ok. swimming pool is amazing, didnt see any monkies inside the hotel. hotel is situated in quiet area of the island.
the hotel was cheap, exactly what you need for a trip if you want to save money, but still our room was cleaned everyday and we got fresh towels, a comfy bed and friendly staff
Phi Phi Islands
It's really beautiful hotel with good location and I really love it and I definitely come back again there I like all in this hotel
nice hotel on the beach, good swimming pool
Phi Phi Islands
Everything else. Especially the staff, who kindly canceled our snorkeling trip after I got badly sunburnt the day before. They always tried to make sure that the service was on point. All questions were answered quickly and requests were done perfectly. Great job!
Phi Phi Islands
Great breakfast, they had both western and Thai cuisine. I love the resort and the bungalows, so cute and greatly made! The staff was kind and amazing, very accommodating and gave wonderful suggestions on what to do! The best vacation in Thailand so far!
