We went to PhiPhi during COVID, therefore not many restaurants are open and very few tourists. We literally walked around the whole island and discover some amazing beaches and viewpoints. People on the island are very friendly and genuine.
We picked up whole day boat trip from 10 to 19:00, where all the beautiful places & beaches were included in this area, snorkeling, swimming (bamboo island, Maya bay, all bay`s...+ illuminating plankton)... best spent day on the Phi Phi - island. I don`t remember price, but was worth it!
This island has a lot to offer for such a tiny place. We stayed in one resort that was a bamboo hut right on the beach, and a second property up on a hillside with stunning views. There are many options for diving, snorkeling, or island hopping day trips. There is lots to explore in the town/pier that is the main place on the island. Relax in a resort that is only accessible by boat for some true down time, or stay near town for night life and daily adventures!
It is a must visit when in Thailand, the views are absolutely stunning and there is so much to do for such a small island. However if you are purely looking to relax on the beach I would make it a flying visit and move on to nearby islands. There are boats in and out of Tonsai Bay constantly and it creates a lot of scum in the water. Annas was our favourite restaurant and we went back night after night. Also the Rolling Stones bar is great for live music if you dont want to 'party' but still want to have a good night out.
Phi Phi was a weird one for me, we thought it would be paradise island but it was a party island! There is no transport around the island either, so you have to walk everywhere up hill with your luggage which is killer. The ocean was dirty, you can see where the sewage goes straight into the ocean and it is literally floating on top where everyone is swimming! I would recommend getting a kayak and going to monkey beach though, that was just incredible. White sand, crystal clear waters and lots of fish, and monkeys! The island becomes a party island around 4pm which is great for some people, but i was expecting quiet paradise not ibiza. Still good fun but not every night as it doesnt stop until 3 or 4 in the morning! If you like to party then definitely visit here, if your up for a romantic trip or you cant walk far then i would recommened a day trip to monkey beach.
Great place for a party lovers! There’s also a few snorkeling trips around the islands for a good price. However it’s a little bit more expensive and purely touristical place. There’s no local feeling. Loh Dalum Bay beach is not a good place for swimming.
Phi Phi Islands
Staffs were amazing. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, I wasn’t able to find any ticket to Phi Phi Island so I called the hotel and they arranged it all for me. I stayed for 4 night and same like I was the only guess during this time. Staffs were very friendly and gave a lot of advise about the attraction and how to get there. The room was very clean and the bathroom was so big. The pool was amazing and I believe there was a bar in the pool if there were more guess. The beach was only 1 minutes walk away from the hotel and view point was very close to the hotel. Over all the location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. For any boat tour, the hotel can arrange that for you as well and with a reasonable price. If you have a change to visit Phi Phi, Anita is one of the best choice for you. I’m 100% recommend this place.

Phi Phi Islands
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, in particular New and Too who went out of there way to meet all our needs and just chat to us about the island. The free transfer to and from the pier on check in and check was also a great service given location of hotel to main pier. The location for us was great as it was far enough from party area to not be affected by noise but easy to get to by long boat for 100bht each during day and 150bht at night (about £2.50 to £4). Or a 20 minute walk along beaches.
Phi Phi Islands
Certainly recommend this hotel. Extremely handy to everything. Beautiful big swimming pools adjacent to main beach. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Brealfast options provided in room cost were an extensive buffet. Had a great stay. Despite it being rainy season we had no rain of note. Hotel provided umbrellas for the short downpour we had. Also we were met on arrival at ferry terminal ..... there are no vehicles. Our luggage was transported in a handcart to the hotel 3 minutes away.
Phi Phi Islands
We stayed in a Top Sea View Bungalow and the views were spectacular, the bungalow is spacious, very clean with a cute outdoor terrace. The food is great although they should let us choose more options for the breakfast. The sea is amazing with clear water for swimming and snorkeling. We had a great stay and definitely I recommend it.
Phi Phi Islands
Fabulous place in every respect. Do not hesitate to book. They manage every detail. Use their boat - so worth it. The GM was at the departure to see us off. We loved the experience of living on a jungle island - but in total luxury. We loved this place and will never forget our stay. Super highly recommended
