The hotel was even better than we expected. It’s in a perfect location, close to all the restaurants, bars, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were nice and always willing to help; they offered island tours at really good prices. Despite being near everything, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, which made it very peaceful. The bed was huge and comfortable.

This hotel has the perfect location with jaw dropping views. The construction was completed less than a year ago. It was very quiet even though there was activity at the water front below our patio. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, even sending our clothes out to be laundered. The breakfast was downstairs in a cafe open to the lovely view of the water. There were many attendants and many food choices. Delicious! One of the staff would approach us as we entered each morning to take our order of eggs prepared as we wish. After that, we were free to go to the buffet area for meat, fruit, breads etc. and coffee and tea. This hotel felt high end and had excellent service. The staff will suggest and arrange activities if you wish. There are long tail boats right outside the hotel entrance to book for excursions and the pier is just steps away. We used Captain Him (quite the character!) for our snorkeling trips. He gives a very special tour and is always smiling, super fun, an unforgettable day. You can't miss him. He's one of the most vocal boat owners and is by the 7/11. We were able to easily walk from the ferry to the hotel in about 2 minutes. Easy!

A really hidden gem and find in Koh Phi Phi! It has really comfortable beds with cold aircon that you could easily fall asleep, perfect after all the swimming in the beautiful beaches of the island. There hot shower also worked, and the wifi was fast. The staff - Kate, Michael, Mya, Nok are all so amazing; They were very warm and homey, it actually makes you like the island a lot more. They also give free 2 water bottles each day and the room came with a delicious lunch buffet at the PPineaple restaurant where you can get all the fried fish, pad kra pao, curry chicken, chicken masala, spaghetti, thai curry chicken, dhal, potato curry, papadums, naan bread and samosas and salad. You only will need to eat dinner. The location is also the best; It's in a quiet part of the island but also just 3 mins walk to the beautiful beach with the really blue waters and where in you can rent kayaks to explore the hidden beach with the yacht wreck. Highly recommend!

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Perfect Island location.

Perfect Island location. Transfer to and from the Island is easy, with multiple options of ferries or speedboat all offering multiple departures throughout the day. Lots to do on the Island; boat trips - private or booked with a tour. Cuisine - masses of choice; including European, western and Thai. Locals are very friendly and will help with what you need.

It was a little more expensive on the island but that was expected. I loved the variety of restaurants. They had so many market stalls too and water activities. Canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving and boat that take you to other island's for day trips. So much to explore and a fair bit to do at night. I went with my friend at the start of the year and with my 12 year old daughter now. It is family friendly. Lots to do for both adults and children. Highly recommend. I will be back next year !

It is so pretty and relaxed when you get to stay on Phi Phi. It is so great to spend at least 5 nights to explore instead of visiting on a day trip. Although that is great too, it is such a better experience to stay

Phi Phi Island would have been better as a day trip.

Phi Phi Island would have been better as a day trip. Food at area restaurants was not so good. Cheeseburger was not good meat. Spring rolls at another restaurant was not appetizing. And cheeseballs at cafe don were nasty and the fish was burnt. All smoothies were delicious. Hated pushy vendors.

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights during February 2023. It is very centrally located in Koh Phi Phi main island, very close to the main restaurants/bars (but enough distance so that you dont hear any noise from the street), supermarkets and atractions of the city center. The hotel is clean and all the staff is composed by very nice and helpful people. We did not select the option to have breakfast included. The main pier is very close by, so you can very easily go on foot from the pier to the hotel.

The hotel enjoys an ideal location, just two minutes from the pier and another beach. The pool is a desirable length for laps, and a secondary pool at the far end offers additional seating. The beach bars and nightlife of Phi Phi Don island and the fire shows etc were fantastic. We managed to do our long-tailed boat trip early in the morning to Maya Bay which was fantastic, we used the little kiosk at the end of the hotel right by the beach.

We stayed for one night whilst exploring the Phi Phi Islands. The location was nice and quiet but easy walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The views were incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very central and extremely friendly personnel. Cool and very welcoming interior. The owner of the hotel has a lot of knowledge about the island, is very generous and gives great advice. I highly recommend staying here (and not in the other run-down hostels on the island).

I loved everything about this hotel. The pool area is gorgeous. The restaurant opposite pool was lovely nice food and good value. Would definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to go back to Phi Phi islands again. Very good for a 3 star hotel
