AustriaThe location of the homestay is perfect. Right next to Andalay Resort and directly on the beach, which was almost completely empty when we were there, as there are only a handful of hotels close by. There is a garden in front of the room with a lot of chairs and hammocks. There are only two rooms so it is never crowded. Multiple affordable restaurants and bars are nearby within walking distance.
The rooms are modern, very clean and have modern, relatively silent ACs.
The host was very responsive and accommodating to our wishes and spoke fluent English. The mother is always on the premise and she was the kindest and most caring woman ever. We had an medical emergency during our stay and she drove my girlfriend to the doctor and made sure that we have all we need.

RussiaThe guest house is located in a fishing village on the shore. The room had a cozy terrace where we met sunrises and relaxed before going to sleep. We really liked that the room had a stunning sea view because we felt a connection with nature. This created a wonderful atmosphere during the stay.
Staff was very friendly, they helped with transport and gave advices on what to see. We spent 5 unforgettable nights in the village. In our opinion, this is the best option for accommodation in a fishing village on this island. The owner responded kindly and quickly to all our requests, providing a wonderful place to stay and enjoy nature, sea and food

i liked the most the snorkeling over the stones when high...
i liked the most the snorkeling over the stones when high tide. many fish and some coral reef . the most nice was longtailboat trip to koh liao liang. high limestone cliffs and caves there plus extremely transparent water in the sea look fabulous.
there are many small restaurants in the area in the beach resort and a few neighbour resorts as well as in the nearest small village. all of them not farer than 10mins walking. in the village renting bike is possible.

Koh Libong is a sleepy little island that you can explore in a day. Motorbike is the best way to get around (200 baht) from local village store. it has a relaxed vibe and the locals are lovely and friendly. there are no crowds, no hustle, no bustle… just a laid back island which is like going back in time. Take the bike and visit the Dugong viewpoint, Leekpai bridge and the tower.. head to the main village and enjoy an iced coffee with the locals.. go to the stone bridge and the beach beyond to see the true beauty of the island… with the sun on your skin and the wind in your hair, a motorbike ride around the island is a must…

It's not walkable from pier to resorts or attractions, but motor-taxis are readily available and inexpensive (or you can rent your own motor bike), and the locals are friendly, quiet and respectful. Great 'diamond in the rough' island!!

I stayed here 20 year’s ago so was expecting a lot of change...
I stayed here 20 year’s ago so was expecting a lot of change. Very little has changed except the new paved road through out the island which is great,especially when raining. It’s definitely underdeveloped still but there are resorts but quite spread out. A natural tropical delight with a really nice,friendly village in the middle. So relaxed and I would definitely recommend it to people who like nature stuff.

The beach location and its large beachside cafe area is pleasant and this deserves to be considered a 'resort, at least by Ko Libong's standards. The main staff were clearly experienced, helpful and generally attentive. The included breakfast had a good variety of cooked choices. The one evening meal we took there was excellent (a pleasant surprise since many resorts consider you 'captured' and so don't try so hard with food).

The location was excellent. Very calm and quiet. Houses right on the beach. Beach was great. The place is very basic and simple, but still nice and very laid back. Perfect for a place to just chill and so nothing. Motorbike rental from place was available to go around town. Some other restaurants/hotels near.

the location was great, breakfast was good and plenty, went to a lovely place for a smoothie at the end of the road as you left the hotel on the right they were the best, as you left the hotel turn left and walk to the end near a mosque if a fab restaurant were we went mostly the food was amazing
