Breakfast was plentiful but may not be suitable for British and American guests due it being a Thai orientated holiday resort. Walking and cycling track along the river which takes you into the main town about 3-4 km.

no real breakfast, just coffee, toast and bananas! Room small but adequate. Mattress very hard. Very quiet facility except for Songcram festival music. Lovely hosts. Exceptionally clean room. Decent shower. Could use some reading lights. Would stay again

The unit was situated on a large private property that also had a restaurant and cafe. On one of our nights we organised Thai BBQ from the restaurant on the property, the owners set this up outside our room which was amazing! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. The main part of town is only a 5 minute drive away which is nice and convenient. I highly recommend staying here
