The resort is an amazing place. The rooms are tastefully designed and good value accommodation. Enjoy free WiFi, free parking and a terrace. Good staff friendly. Just walk 5 mins easy to Lotus's Trat shopping mall.

A really pleasant setting, by the river. The room was really nice, air con was crisp and the bedd was very comfortable. Staff were really helpful.

Clean and confortable, very good hospitality

We were at Rock Sands in November/December 2023. We have the family and the staff were helpful and very nice. My son had to go to the hospital and the owner gave his car to his employee so that he could drive my son there. We were driven to the taxi on departure because it was not possible to walk there with luggage and child due to the high water level. We felt very comfortable and are grateful for the nice holiday. We will come back

Our favourite stay yet in SE asia to this day. Loved everything about it, the staff were super friendly, room was spacious, clean and felt homely and really great location. Also super close to the happy dog restaurant which is one of our favourite local spots to eat.

The room was so beautiful and so clean. Tuu was so helpful and organised an airport transfer for us which was great!

we stayed just one night but i can imagine 1-2nights more, lovely place, personal, clean room, destination in cute street just around the corner from centre. just we had a room without window, what was ok for us in this situation, but good to know.

Great location in the center of Trat, with lots of traditional houses around. Incredible helpful host and staff, very helpful in arranging the rest of our road trip.

I cant believe that this hotel does not have a 10 rating. It is extremely nice, the room is large, quiet, with a balcony. The bed is large and comfortable, everything works. The furniture is high quality and not Ikea stuff. It might not be instagrammable but there went some effort into it. Honestly, this hotel ticks all the boxes especially for the price. People would not book this for a long stay because of its location, but for an overnight in Trat this is really a great place to stay

Fantastic little hotel with awesome pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though they double all speak much English. We stayed here for one night before heading off to Koh Kood. Had a great dinner in town and too much beer.

New hotel, very clean, fresh AC. The architecture of the place is very delicate. Salt water pool with super chill surroundings. It's calm and quiet so u can hear the birds and the wind in the trees. Very chill to just hangout there. Great coffee and the personnel are so sweet and kind. Order food with Line man. We stayed for a week and took many day trips with the motorbike to the island Koh Chang. Highly recommended! Best resort in Thailand.
