The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. Our room was great - lots of space, nicely designed and an amazing bath! The breakfast was incredible - everyone had plenty of options to enjoy. The pool and outdoor restaurant are stunning… the pictures online do not do the outdoor space justice - it is gorgeous! But my favourite thing about the hotel was undoubtedly the staff. Every staff member was attentive, kind, welcoming and helpful. I will not forget the service!
