A very nice and cozy 65-year-old family-run business. The owner, Uran, is a certified tour guide with very good English. He delighted us with fascinating historical stories about Troy and also organizes tours of the site — we had a truly enjoyable and memorable evening! Uran was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When one of my family members fainted, he immediately called an ambulance and assisted with translation when the doctors came, which we are deeply grateful for. We strongly encourage others to support his small business by staying at his accommodation and visiting his charming souvenir shop. It's clear that this place is run with care, passion, and a genuine love for sharing the history of his land and hospitality.

Lovely hotel located just outside the city. There are no shops nearby, but it’s easily accessible by car with plenty of parking available in front. The area is very quiet, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Spacious rooms with balconies, plus a pool for summer use. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Hotel itself was in a great location. Practically a stone's throw from the beach. There were a lot of amenities close by on the beach with a great view of the sea. This was a quiet and serene location for a hotel if you just want to go rest and lay on the beach.

This was more like a bed&breakfast type stay than a “boutique hotel”. A very kind and welcoming family and comfortable lodging- there were many customers booking with them ! We liked its proximity to the ruins of Troy, about 15 minutes driving. It was great!
