We spent four nights at the Potamia Hotel, and everything was wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful location, and the village of Ortahisar is very charming and peaceful. In the morning, we were welcomed by the warm kindness of Ahmet, always available to assist for any request or information and with whom it was a pleasure to have conversation, along with a fantastic breakfast. Our room was very charming, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Thank you for everything, Ahmet! Federica and Stefano

This was a beautiful hotel where my family stayed for 3 days. It exceeded my expectations and looked better than in photos. Staff were so friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to the Cappadocia region.

Loved our room in Sur Cave Hotel! Indeed what I came to Cappadocia for. Staff were responsive before and after our stay. I was lucky to get a good rate. It is about 15 min walk to downtown Urgup which was ok for us. This may discourage some tourists who would like to avoid quiet alleyways especially at night. But my daughter and I were ok.

The front desk staff are incredible. Everything I asked or needed they were prompt with responses. One of the most hospitable hotels I've ever stayed at! the rooms were very clean as well, including the jet tub in our room (I have found those dirty in other hotels very often). The breakfast up top also offered a great selection, along with a beautiful view both inside or outside.

e had an incredible stay! The staff is exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gesture upon arrival, and Keanu’s kindness really touched us. The team also helped us organize our activities, making everything easy and enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious with a fantastic variety, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

What an experience, the hotel was stunning, the staff were fantastic. The hotel was even better than I thought it would be. The only downside was as I went in the off season the gym and spa was being renovated but the price of my booking reflected this. It just would have been great to get told that before I arrived as I needed gym access.

We had the BEST room in the property. The room was large and had everything needed (tea, coffee, fridge, water, toiletries). The in room pool was heaven and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. The staff and very helpful and friendly and arranged a shuttle service and balloon ride excursion. There's a local takeaway service bringing food to your door which was delicious as was the plentiful breakfast from the property. Highly recommend for a treat/romantic break for any couple to just get away from it all.
