The hotel is really great. The location is wonderful, seafront and a 10-15 minutes walk to the old city centre. The rooms look amazing and they are really large. The staff was always trying to help. The breakfast had a wide range of food and it was also delicious. We have really enjoyed our stay here.

Ayvalık is great choice in hot summer time, if you do not like to over 28 degrees. Always wind and sea water can be cold for kids. Perfect weather, hills, sea view, Aegean olives and olive oil and many islands for your visiting.

sarimsakli is a lovely place, in the evening the streets get busy with tourists and locals, food is a bliss. beach around sarimsakli boulevard is usually crowded, spending money (around 20-30 TRY per day) on private sunbed-spots is well worth it. i recommend renting a bike and visit badavut beach for example, since its a lot less busy there, if you prefer a more relaxed enivronment. ayvalik town itself is super charming and well worth a visit if you dont stay there directly. the daily boat trips are a big recommendation (50 TRY per person for a whole day, food (fresh fish!) included, drinks have to be payed), three tours leave directly from sarimsakli beach , an quite some more from ayvalik. bring your snorkelling-equipment!

It does have a lot of natural beauty and the older part of the city has lots of charm but Ayvalik seemed to be a place to experience in season. We do however recommend the Petra restaurant in old town Ayvalik. The people were hospitable and the food delicious. The owner’s brother even walked us to the taxi rank at night because we did not know where it was. The hotel itself has a boutique feel to it. Osman was very kind, gentle, helpful and generous.

we love our stay here so much, the staffs (especially mr Enes, he is so friendly and cheerful and obviously love his job and the chef), the rooms, pool area, food, breakfast, surrounding, the beach and everything is provided. you wont be regretted. Actually I dont want to write good things about this hotel coz its so perfect and more people will come and if we want to stay next time, probably there wont be available room or the price will increase🤭

This hotel is right on the Sarimsakli beach. Our room was on the top floor and we had a balcony with amazing views of the sea, the beach, and the island of Lesbos on the horizon. The hotel has a very nice pool and a private section of the beach where guests get umbrella and lounge chairs for free. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. The wifi worked well. The owners were very kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, trying all their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel is well designed, old style, but offers all the modern facilities. Lot of attention was put into details. Interior garden is cozy and pleasant for long morning and even thought there is not breakfast offered, the pastries and coffee/tea is enough.

The hotel is very central and is one of the few in Ayvalik to have a parking space, although you are expected to leave your car's keys with the operators in case (and it is often the case) they need to move it around. The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast; the staff was very cordial and nice.
