Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel is an excellent choice for all types of travelers, especially families. My 20-year-old son also really enjoyed our stay. After my surgery, I needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Moving around the hotel is easy and convenient. I was pleasantly upgraded to a premium room, which I truly appreciated. The room, view, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sebnem Tanritani, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness and care. Everything !! The hotel is really close to the subway station, They offer a good breakfast, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is very attentive and helpful.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the main historical attractions, its location is very convenient thanks to the nearby taxi station. There are also several cafés and restaurants right below the hotel. What impressed me most was not only the modern, clean design and comfortable furniture, but especially the exceptional staff. They were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond—when my friend lost her shoes on the stairs between floors 0 and 19, the staff made every effort to find them and successfully returned them to us. Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet at the reception for the generous room upgrade; however, all the reception staff were wonderful. The hotel view is absolutely breathtaking. One area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the options were quite limited.

My stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Vadi Istanbul was fantastic. The property is new, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful forest view. It’s conveniently located next to Vadi Istanbul Mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. A perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience welcoming throughout, and the whole team for their kindness and genuine hospitality.—highly recommended!”

An absolutely exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and freshly renovated, the view was breathtaking (when sea view is actually sea view), the breakfast was diverse and substantial. You can see sunset from your room or you can go to the beach and enjoy sunset, a glass of wine and some sea food at one of the beach restaurants. It was a refreshing stay after a long trip, far from all the hustle and bustle of Istanbul, and close to the airport. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The location is quiet, and the staff at the reception are very polite and professional. It’s close to most areas by car, unless you run into traffic! Parking is easily available.

Clean rooms , an actual useful TV , the location on the sea and the jacuzzi in the rooms is the best thing very useful after a tiring day .

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartments are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with all amenities working perfectly – even the air conditioning, which made our summer stay very comfortable. The staff deserve special recognition. They are not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. We first stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a 10-day vacation in Antalya. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our cars in their parking area free of charge during that time, which was an incredible convenience and a gesture we truly appreciated. Upon our return, we stayed for another 7 nights, and the only regret we had was that we could not extend our stay even longer. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is set within a complex, with a shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to combine relaxation with convenience. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, travelers seeking comfort, and anyone who values ease of access and thoughtful service. It is a place where you immediately feel at home, and one that we will definitely return to in the future.k

The reception is very nice and helpful. The hotel is very classy and clean. All the staff are very polite, respectful and professional.
