The hotel was great and the staff really professional. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the view, just perfect. The room was spacious with a lounge, separate bedroom and en suite shower room, as well as a large balcony, with sunbeds and a table and chairs. Loved that there was a TV in the lounge, back to back with one in the bedroom as well! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, including ours at home (I have already noted the brand and style for future reference!) Breakfast in the restaurant was a relaxed affair with a good selection of freshly prepared items, served at the table by attentive staff, rather than buffet-style. Added to all this, the views from the restaurant are super, which made it all the more difficult to leave.

This hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. I would not be surprised if it became one in the future, it is nicer and pays better attention to detail than some other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. There are lovely complimentary refreshments and snacks upon arrival while you check in. There is a pillow service where you can request different types of pillows depending on your needs. The hotel spa is amazing; there are several massage rooms, a traditional Turkish hamam, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room. The hotel gym is very good compared to any other hotels I have stayed at, some outdated equipment, but plenty of new stuff too. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool depending on the season. The lobby has lots of TVs that play sports and a nice library too, as well as a pool table and different board games. There is a great chef that specialises in desserts (we had a different dessert every night we stayed). The beach is perfect, nice and clean too, and there are tables on the beach to have breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, it was too chilly for us to get in the sea as we came in November, but the indoor pool is also heated. On top of all of these amazing facilities, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are great at recommending local things to do. This is a seriously fantastic hotel, we will definitely return for a summer trip next time to experience the beautiful turkish summer weather.

The staff were pleasant, and the sounding amazing! The pillows by the beach and the settings created a great atmosphere. The a la carte food was delicious, the breakfast had great days and mediocre days, the breads (small simit and Pogacas) were to die for. The spread of cheese and honey could however be better given the Turkish cuisine and Turkish breakfast culture is so rich. The dinner buffet had plenty of great options and the desserts were amazing.

There is so many positive comments I could make about this place. From the very entrance to every passing moment each member of the hotel made our stay memorable. All the people working at the resort have hearts of gold. The concierge and front desk provided and assisted me with my every need. Breakfast was amazing and made extra special because of cansell and fatima (their personality and character is unparalleled) Sami and Efe kindness and welcoming nature made us feel at home. Location was fantastic! Clear blue water, perfect little spots to just kick back and relax. Highly recommend this resort to anyone going to bodrum ! Unfortunately there is one person whose name has slipped my mind. ( the lovely lady who cleaned my room ) me and my wife noticed the extra touch she puts into her work. A humble request for the resort to reward her for her dedication and work ethic.

Bitez is lovely and a great place to hang out with plenty of things do in the day or evening. I preferred getting a taxi to Bodrum Marina in the evening whilst walking to Bitez in the morning which only took 15 mins,

Bitez is a lovely village in Bodrum.

Bitez is a lovely village in Bodrum. We stayed for a week at the start of November, as relatively frequent traveller to Turkey we are aware that many parts of the country are seasonal based and when the summer is finished, a lot of places will close and there might not be a lot to do for tourists. Bodrum is like this. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the restaurants/cafes in the center of Bitez village were open. We had a wonderful time here, even considering the time of year. We would recommend coming in summer more so that winter. However, it is still a very nice and relaxing place for a winter getaway.

I'm a regular traveller to Turkey and Bodrum is definitely one of my favourite places in the country. In the last decade or so Bodrum has been getting exponentially more popular, and in the last 2 or 3 years especially, it has really become one of the go-to places. If you are looking for a place that is tourist friendly whilst also maintaining a strong cultural background. Bodrum is incomparible. Bitez is a great place in Bodrum, well priced and the businesses here hold themself to a very high standard due to an increased competition in recent years. There are amazing cafes and restaurants on every corner in bitez.

Didn't explore too much of Bitez, stayed close to the main...

Didn't explore too much of Bitez, stayed close to the main bitez beach the whole time. Lovely neighbourhood, feels very safe. Bitez is situated very well for easy travel to other major points of Bodrum which is great if you plan on venturing out a bit.

If you are fond of historical artefacts, we recommend going to see the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus. Very cool to have one of the seven ancient wonders of the world a mere 10 minute taxi from the Ambrosia Hotel.

There are lots of private, hidden beaches in Bitez that...

There are lots of private, hidden beaches in Bitez that require a light hike to get to. Having an entire beach to yourself is so tranquil. I highly HIGHLY recommend hiking out to a hidden beach for a day. Other highlights from our trip include a boat trip (must do) and a trip to Bodrum's old town/marina.

It's just a few minutes walk from here to the beach at Bitez though we spent most of our time relaxing around the fantastic pool. The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, and the on-site 'cafe' is all we needed (after a steady diet of Turkish food, the cheeseburger here was really good and great value) Staff were helpful and if you are going to Bodrum and want to be out of town (we had a car, it's about a 10 min drive) then you can't go wrong here.

On the positive side, the hotel is right on the beach, which is a major plus. The staff were polite and consistently asked if I was satisfied - I truly appreciated their attitude to help, even though the noise issue couldn't be resolved. However, I was surprised to later receive WhatsApp messages from hotel staff asking me to leave a perfect rating. While I understand their motivation, I believe honest feedback should always be respected.

The hotel decoration is simple but we liked it. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was great (waterfall style). The pool area is comfortable and peaceful and the hotel is perfectly located for the beach and restaurants. On our final day they covered our bed in flower petals and it was just such a beautiful gesture.

Excellent small boutique hotel with great sea view. Bitez is higher class, quite calm town where you can find everything what you need, you do not need to go to Bodrum. Great staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast, 5-10 mins walk to the beach, beach restaurants, shops etc.
