The staff is awesome! Super friendly, super nice, super hospitable! The warmest relations i have ever experienced!
The owner was so nice - he was providing free drinks and turkish delights to the children during our stay!
The location is very good - just 5 minutes by ba2/5 buses from clock tower, 2 minutes from a small beach and 5 minutes from the park entrance.
The rooms are not very big but cozy - we were staying on the second floor - the rooms have balconies.
The breakfast is Turkish and pretty big - enough for the man.

I stayed just one night, but left wishing that I had booked the place for longer. It was comfortable. It was affordable. It was in a magnificent location. If you are looking at a stay in Adalar, this would be a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and it was just a short walk away from where you arrive on the ferry.

The common areas of the hotel are spectacular and our floor had a particularly beautiful shared balcony with a view of the sea. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay and Ismail and his wife were very welcoming hosts! The location is also a short walk away from the port and the island's centre.

A few days here after the intense Istanbul was a perfect choice. Boat trips to beaches were very welcome as it was hot and hilly, beaches had great facilities, we were the week preseason, which was very quiet, I imagine filling the 700 sun beds high season+music feels v busy. Some restaurants were very good, not much to do beyond the beach. Museum was interesting. Tricky to get the Sunday ferry-airport trip right.

I have had very bad experience with one of the numerous restaurants situated on the sea shore. Once tempted and persuaded to order a dish we were trated very bad by the staff (napkins were throun on our table, a bottle with oilive oil has been grabbed from ou table without any word and transfered to another table where Turkish clients were sitting, the dishes were clerade away before we finished eating, without any word... in the end we have been charged extra (around £7) for the service (sic!), for the bread and water too.

A relaxing island, reachable in under 2 hours from the bustle of Istanbul using the inexpensive ferry service. Provides outstanding views of the city skyline in a peaceful atmosphere with almost no cars allowed on the island. The local architecture is made up mostly of Victorian-era wooden houses, giving a real feel of what Istanbul used to be like. Don't miss the Prinkipo Greek Orphanage, which is one of the largest wooden structures in the world or the Yanaros mansion which once housed Leon Trotsky during his exile in Turkey. Not to mention the hike up to St George Monastary which is at the island's highest point. Ideal to explore on a bicycle - you can do a lap of the island in around 2 hours. 2 nights would be ideal, we managed to squeeze it into 1 but felt slightly rushed.

The staff at this hotel are excellent - they are very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect - it is situated in the center of the shopping area and is easily accessible to the port and public transportation, all in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is located above a restaurant that offers free Chai (tea), coffee, and food discounts for the hotel's guests. I also recommend including breakfast with your stay.
Ismail and his family are the warmest, kindest and most hospitable hosts we have had during our stay in Turkey. They took care of us as if we were family. Breakfast and dinner were amazing and the hotel is gorgeous and romantic, would warmly recommend to couples looking for a retreat.
The hotel is a real fairytale. Even if it has no air condition, our stay was really pleasant. The sea view is so mesmerizing, the breakfast is rich, the staff is friendly and professional.
