I'm very impressed. Our stay at Erom hotel was very pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and, most importantly, very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in process was quick and smooth, making our arrival hassle-free. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to everything you may need and very near to the airport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Erom and look forward to staying there again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience. The hotel's location was perfect, and my room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing - delicious food and a wonderful way to start the day. What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. The owner, Mr. Hassan, was incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. He made sure that any request I had was promptly taken care of. The staff in the restaurant and cafe, especially Mr. Faleh, were also always smiling, helpful, and eager to ensure I had a great experience. I felt like I was being treated like part of the family during my stay. The warm, caring atmosphere of the hotel was truly special. The amazing food at the restaurant and cafe was just the cherry on top.

Honestly, best choice we did in Trabzon is this hotel. Indeed very kind staff, the manager at the reception, the manager at the café and the parking team are very professional. We had a car, so it was easy to discover Trabzon, I think a car is very important there. The hotel price is cheap for what you actually get, nice breakfast and view, daily professional cleaning, parking team, calm café downstairs to work... If ever in Trabzon, I know where to come.
