Nurse was very kind. One staff member at the reception was helpful

What We Enjoyed We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights as a family of 8, and overall we had a lovely holiday. As we all used different facilities and spent our time differently, each of us had a slightly different experience, so this review reflects our overall impression. The absolute highlights of our stay were the staff members who truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Luna from the spa, who made my personal experience incredibly special through his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. He is a real asset to the hotel. We would also like to recognize the animator, who put his heart and soul into his work every day. The morning and lunchtime aqua aerobics sessions were fantastic, and the evening entertainment was fun, engaging, and full of energy. His enthusiasm and dedication made a huge difference to our holiday experience. The restaurant staff, especially the waitresses and the morning chef, were always friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. Their positive attitude was greatly appreciated and helped make our stay more enjoyable.
