The place was clean, safe and not noisy. The team were AMAZING thanks to Aziz and Iskandar for making the stay better.

Staff were always available and helpful. Property was within easy walking distance of the town center and restaurants. Quiet despite being close to the main road.

The property was lovely with a fabulous view of the marina from the terraces. The owner was very kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. It is next to the castle which is worth a visit and well located for the centre and minibuses to Ilica and Alacati. Room was cosy.

Location was good, free parking lot is a great plus. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was only okey.

The property is in very good shape. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and looks new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable and well-rested. Highly recommended!

Stayed with my partner for 1 week and had an excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and lovely decorated. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee and fridge provided in room. Pool/ dining area were exceptional. Best thing about this hotel was the very attentive staff, no request was too much for them. Breakfast was very good and chef and waiting staff were amazing. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay, was sad to leave. Will book again when in Alacati and would recommend to anyone else visiting the area. Thank you ariel hotel for making my holiday feel very special.

The hotel is very close to the sea – you just need to cross a fairly busy street, which can be a bit of an “adventure” considering the traffic rules in Turkey. The rooms are nice and clean, and housekeeping is done whenever requested by placing the card on the door. The pool is 1.60 m deep and also very well maintained. Breakfast is good and varied – plenty of options to choose from. We had a room with a balcony facing the back, so we weren’t bothered by any street noise. During the day, you can order food and drinks (extra charge) – I highly recommend the Fettucine Alfredo, they were delicious, and the pizza was also very good. Our reservation included a 10% discount on food and drinks (as mentioned on Booking), but we didn’t bring it up and the staff didn’t mention it either, so we ended up paying the full price.

I'd like to thank Mr. Asım and Mr. Yasin at the reception. The combination of the thermal pool with its mineral waters and the sea is a perfect service. The rooms are spotlessly clean.

Location is just perfect, right on the seaside promenade. LOVED the sea view from my balcony. Very nice staff. Prepared nice breakfast package to go since I had to leave before breakfast was served. Would definitely like to come back.

The people are very friendly and the direct view of the room to the pool while eating breakfast is very nice. The pool is very nice too.

The location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the bus (coming from Izmir or going to Izmir/Alacati) and close to many shops and the marina. The room was very spacious. Facilities were spot on. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. Decided to extend my stay.

It is located at central place and you could find everything that you need around you( markets, pharmacy, foods, a lot of restaurants and shops). We were at the port, maybe 10 minutes by walking from the hotel. Outside of the hotel has tables, where you can have a seat and drink coffee or tea. Payments - cash or with a card which is very comfortable and convenient. Rooms have balconies, which is a plus. The host was very polite and helpful. I can recommend Ayhan hotel for sure.

Our stay in this apartment was great 😊 everything was clean and we'll equipped. It's super close to the city center but at the same time you can't hear noise from center. The breakfast which is included is good and you can have it on the rooftop overlooking the sea witch is beautiful.The owners of apartment were really friendly and kind people, always ready to help. I would highly recommend!!
