They give us so many tips for our tours, had our room earlier because we arrive never check in but they where able to accommodate us at our arrival, that give us the opportunity to rest before our amazing AVT tour

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel in Göreme! Abdullah, the manager, went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. Our room was stunning—cave-style with a cozy fireplace that made it so romantic and warm, especially during the winter snowfall. The hot water was reliable (a big plus in the cold!), and the daily breakfast was fantastic—delicious, with a lovely terrace view of the balloons floating over Göreme.
The staff were incredibly supportive throughout our 4-night stay, providing fresh water daily, helping with laundry, and organizing tours like the Green Tour. They also gave excellent advice on where to go and what to do, which made exploring the area so easy.
The location is great, too—close to everything yet peaceful, with beautiful views. We loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend Terra Cave Hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

So it's a Cave hotel. You are in a cave, that has been converted and it's warm and comfortable. The rooms are not big of course, but well lit. Have to watch the steps in the room. The shower was good. Bed semi comfortable. The staff helpful for trips and finding great food spots. The view of the balloons is fantastic rom the deck, overlooking the valley. its a quiet spot away from the busy tourist drag so good spot for sleeping.

Really friendly staff, shoutout to Rahkman! Room wa really warm despite being very cold outside. Very clean! Just a note that the hotel is located on the top of the hill so great view although hard to carry heavy luggages
