Location perfect near Hagia Sophia which we could see from our room. The staff especially the day manager Murat and the bellhop Aydin could not have been kinder or more helpful. Breakfast buffet on the panoramic terrace excellent, delicious and varied. As soon as the room was cleaned they gave us an early check- even though we were very early.

Ciutat caótica, bruta , sorollosa i estressant. Veniem d'unes altres destinacions i el xoc amb una ciutat que bull de vida ens va abrumar una mica. Tot i aixi el centre històric i tot el que vam visitar és impressionant. Vam caminar pels carrers tranquil·lament , en tot moment es respirava seguretat inclús pels carrers dels barris més humils . Al Bazar em va incomodar la insistència dels venedors que ens molestaven si no els feies cas o no feies cap compra. Tot i així és un destí que recomanaria sense cap mena de dubte pero no repetiria. El menjar fa ganes de provar-ho tot però al fina cansa sempre e´s el mateix i tot vigilant els 5 vam tenir problemes estomacals. Si vas per comprar les imitacions , tot és caríssim.

Una ciutat amb molta gent, a tot arreu hi ha gent. La majoria amb aparença i vestimenta que denota la seva religió musulmana. En tot cas, em va semblar que molt del turisme era oriental i no tant occidental. Sí que és veritat que la gent era amable i ens vam sentir còmodes. Amb la targeta Istanbulkard anàvem per tots els llocs. La ciutat és molt interessant, amb una cultura diferent a l'occidental i amb una història ampla al darrera. No m'ha defraudat gens, ans al contrari. Crec que cal visitar-la.

Es un hotel que té totes les comoditats, molt ben situat en un carrer sense cotxes que només passen els tranvies i on tens restaurants, botigues i tot tipus de botigues. L'esmorzar el porten a l'habitació i es complert. Molt net i tot el personal molt amable i atent amb tot el que necessitis. Si torno a Istambul segur que m'allotjaré de nou a aquest hotel.

La situació de l'hotel és excepcional. A un pas de les principals atraccions turístiques i a un carrer de la parada de tramvia. El personal molt amable, els trasllats al aeroport, els tours pel Bósforo,...ho vam fer a través de la recepció de l'hotel i tot estava molt ben coordinat.
