The property is very well located. Breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL with a great variety of food. The only thing is that my friend is lactose intolerant and we asked to provide vegetable milk in the days before getting at the hotel but the request was not met because they forgot to buy lactose-free products even if we asked for that many times. Rooms are comfortable but make sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Staff is very nice and informative.

Nice city. I went for work reasons.
Nice city. I went for work reasons. I think there aren't so many places to visit. The beach is quite far form the city centre, so i didn't visit it. People are extremely nice and helpful, in each and single occasion, but only very few speak English. This can be a little exhausting if you don't speak Turkish. The city is quite safe: you can walk at anytime, at least in the city centre and main neighborhoods. Unforgettable sunsets!

Those staying at Ontur hotel must have food at Erdogan Resturant just two mins walk. It is the only place available 24 hours in this vicinity. But beware portions are too big so order based on your appetite.
Superb hotel with excellent service ! Very customer oriented and dedicated concierge team - every wish was fulfilled. The housekeeping team was very flexible and nicely taking care of our executive suite and our executive room. The staff at the breakfast and in the executive lounge was very polite and the food quality was really excellent. The location of the hotel including the park around was beautiful and really in the heart of Izmir.
This accommodation was nice and staff was very pleasant. I am not going find otherwise hotel in Izmir in future, Hyatt Regency is perfect. Note For the hotel guests- make a time for the breakfast one hour is the minimum. The breakfast was amazing. The room is nice very clean comfortable and space. The bed is very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is good and bathroom is nice too. The room is quiet, you will nothing heard.
I stayed here in early 2018 and liked in that time. I booked again after many years and still same quality continues. It is a nice hotel in the center of İzmir and the owner and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is open buffet and it is a plus. The hotel is nice decorated and will make you feel like homie place.
