1. Staff here is the best ever. They offered water or watermelon whenever I needed it without saying it out loud 2. We bought a watermelon and brought it into hotel. Merve helped to slice it and put half into the fridge. Just a very nice move. 3. They drove us for free to the South Gate. So we avoided parking at the gate and walking a long way back. 4. Breakfast was overwhelmingly well served. Shout out to the chef (Alisa?) I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent hotel in a great location in Pamukkale The room had everything we needed, was comfortable and had good air conditioning (necessary for the hot September weather!) The staff at the hotel were phenomenal, some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced, they even offered to drive us to the top gate of the Hierapolis so we didn't have to walk The included breakfast was wonderful and the dinner (cooked by the owners wife) was very reasonably priced and the best meal I've had in Turkey so far! Great hotel and fantastic value for money
