Excellent location, a great choice of food, room cleaning every day, and no annoying show program during the day. The most valuable is the staff, super friendly people who care about your stay very well.

The hotel is a good choice for those who don’t have luxury expectations. Rooms are modest/standard, but clean and comfortable. Food: You won’t go hungry — there’s a selection of vegetables and fruits, meat, desserts, and side dishes. Drinks: Instant coffee (variety available), carbonated drinks, juices, beer, and spirits. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the waiters — we were with kids, the little one is 2 years old and very active and careless. Almost every day she spilled her juice, and the waiters helped us every time we asked (I was going to rate it an 8, but I’m giving it a 9 just because of them).

Very friendly stuff, excellent location, tastie food - many fruits and vegetables, salads, good value for money. Highly recommended!

Cozy Family Hotel in Alanya! I found this lovely family atmosphere hotel on Booking.com. It's conveniently located near the center of town, putting everything you need within easy reach. The rooms were big and clean and there is a large balcony .The staff were absolutely fantastic - super friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere, but there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but you can purchase access if needed. The breakfast is on the simpler side. These are minor points though, as everything else was great! If I ever visit Alanya again, I'd definitely stay here again. A big thanks to Mr. Selçuk and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hotel has a private beach part with included sunbeds and umbrellas and you can use hotel beach bar where you can take beverages and food from all inclusive list. You can also taste a genuine turkish pancake freshly made on the spot by a Turkish Lady. Evening showtime is very professional with pro artists from outside of the hotel. (No showtime on Sundays). Disco in the pool bar from 10pm. Food at the main restaurant was very tasty (original taste unlike some of the 'all inclusive' at other hotels) and just enough variety for everyone to find someting for themselves. Replenished very often and accessible with minimal queues even at peak times. Lobby bar offers originally tasting turkish coffee and tea. Tea is served in traditional glasses. Place is clean. Beach is attended by a lifeguard from morning to afternoon (none in the late afternoon and evening). There is also a platform (approx 2m high) with a lifeguard on it where kids and adults can jump into the water. Reception lobby has comfortable sofas where you can enjoy drinking it. Reception staff is very caring and accommodating. We requested a room change and we got it the next day. We were even presented with two rooms to choose from. Receptionists helepd us to check the nearest marketplaces (bazaars), told us options of transfer there. When we wanted to check the transfer price to another city they picked up the phone and checked the price for us with the taxi company. Hotel is very international. Good for families. Hotel grounds are inhabitated by cats. There is plenty frienfly ones willing to be petted. Overall the hotel and location are worth recommending!

We originally planned to stay for just one week, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay to an entire month! Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff made us feel at home from the very first day, and the overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful holiday experience. We would be delighted to return in the future!

What I liked is that is close to the beach, also the bell boy Kaan was very very helpful and he was trying to do his job properly.

Facilities, food at buffet and aqua bar were fantastic. Lack of games for kids during the afternoon.

The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Reception Mr Halit was amazing. The hotel has an amazing Animation Team who are always there if you need anything. The room was always clean and the view was amazing.

The facility was good, BIG THANKS to the kitchen staff and animation team. We also loved the aqua park for children, and the bus service to the pool Overall I recommend the hotel for families, it is good value for the money

The location and check-in process are very easy, and the staff is great with kids. Despite being a boutique hotel, there are dedicated play areas for children. In my opinion, it's an excellent place for a holiday in Alanya or even for a stopover during a journey. I highly recommend it! Thanks again, all team and bar guy ,..
