The location was excellent. It was close to restaurants and the center of Goreme. The hotel offered tour packages just for their guests, which meant we had personalized experiences and small groups sizes (max was 5 for our tours and for one tour, it was just me and my sister). The breakfast was excellent, and we had the rooftop to ourselves to see the hot air balloons in the morning.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. We were a large group of 15 people and booked five rooms between us. The service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and clean and a very nice breakfast was included.
The staff was also very helpful in booking our excursions prior to our arrival.
The front desk was very helpful in recommending good restaurants for dinner and not only made our dinner reservations, but also helped us with a request to have a cake delivered for a special celebration.

Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms and the hotel in general were impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety to suit all needs. We were able to use the terrace early in the morning to see the magnificent Cappadocia balloons. Highly recommend staying at this hotel during your time in Cappadoccia!

The location is amazing. Just 5 mins from the main market area. The manager is very helpful and gave all the details on the activities we can do in Cappadocia. It was a lovely stay .

The location was amazing - you could watch the sunset every evening from the terrace, no need to go anywhere. The rooms are what you would expect from a cave plus a bit more - wooden floor and doors, nice rugs! The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us find the air balloon flight for the best price possible for the next morning!
