The Radisson Blu has the best facilities in Kayseri. However, for the reasons listed in my 'did not like' section here, I wouldn't yet consider it a 5-star hotel. Overall, it's good value for money. We stayed for 11 days and enjoyed ourselves. It's a little over an hour to drive to Goremi. The gym is very good for a hotel—so good that guests from the local area work out in it. It was never overcrowded. We didn't make use of the sauna/hamam, steam room, or pool, but they looked good. We appreciated having our car parked by the concierge for no charge. I hope that new manager Ozgun is able to fix their processes and coach their staff. Ozgun was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and super well-connected with other Radisson properties in Turkey.

I like everything about this hotel. From the moment they picked me and my family up from the airport, even after our flight was delayed by three hours, we reach Keysari past midnight, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are really good, the overall look and feel of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic local dishes. But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. My special thanks to Çağkan and Duygu for their exceptional customer service. They made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The Bupa hotel is great value for money. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Everyday our water and tea/coffee was replaced. The staff is friendly and will do more than can be expected to make your stay comfortable. Location is about two kilometers from most attractions. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety and always fresh and replenished. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The location is I think the best you can get, walking distance from Kayseri castle and the historic centre. What was truly impressive was the breakdfast. Easily the best I've had in Turkey, and maybe the the best in any hotel.
