The property is exceptional, very nice staff, Bahar at the reception was very helpful she always happy to help, she helped us to check our flight status. The restaurant is very delicious and Eyup was very kind. There is a shuttle service every day to go to erciyes ski station so very easy to access the slopes

The location of the hotel is good, but it is a bit hard to find and the streets around it are confusing, so even navigation can get turned around. The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size for a family of four, everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was just wonderful, with very good omelettes and coffee.
