Very spacious room, huge (and I mean huge!) double bed. Excellent pillows. Curtains that block out the sunlight really well so we were able to sleep very well. Quiet rooms, no noise from inside or outside the hotel. Very central location

If you visit Kayseri, you should definitely chose this hotel. Not only the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, but most importantly: you’ll feel so welcome as no other place. My wife and me traveled for the first time to Türkiye and I can assure you that from all the nice people we met in this wonderful country, the man at this hotel (Tamer) was the nicest and kindest Turkish we met in our journey. Even the limitations of a basic English, Tamer welcomed us the best way, helped us with everything we needed and even beyond. We will never forget this great man. beautiful location and room, had two separate bedrooms as we booked a family room, huge rooms and bathroom, very comfortable matress, best high pressure shower ever, very quiet (I am a crazy light sleeper but didn’t hear a thing), absolutely amazing breakfast. will stay again next week.

I stayed at Fier Life with my son and sister with downsyndrome during our ski holiday in Erciyes. Unfortunately I had an accident and was taken to hospital. The staff of the hotel looked after my family attentively until I got back. As we were able to experience (as I couldn't leave the hotel for three days) the hotel has everything you may need to have a calm relaxing and enjoyable time. The terrace roof performances and food quality was outstanding and the restaurant downstairs is still spoken of by my family. Breakfast hosted a wide variety asbwell as freshly cooked bespoke omelette with outstanding views. The food, comfort and abundant activities (including greatly priced hair dresser) made our stay in Kayseri enjoyable despite my broken arm. The staff were attentive and caring and catered to every single need I had. If you want an affordable hotel for skiing, rafting, cappadocia tours and general shopping Fier Life is your place to be. We will definitely be returning. (A late review a from someone recently freed from cast)
