I had a meal in the swiss bistro which was excellent, the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were very friendly. Onur at the check-in desk/check-out was exceptionally helpful as were all the staff. I thought the hotel was exceptional. I was upgraded to a suite on arrival and this made for a very relaxing stay, the suite was outstanding and the room service was prompt and amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were.
