The hotel was so clean, and the location was so perfect! Just in front of the sea where you can find everything you want, shopping, restaurants, masjid, ferry station, books, etc. I can give 100 points for the location :)

We booked an appartment for 4 adults and it exceeded all our expectations. We, four sisters, went to Istanbul for leissure, and the trip was unforgetteable. The appartment was espacious, with a wonderful view to the Bosphorus. It was very clean, and in fact, everyday the staff was cleaning it, so it was like staying in a hotel. What level of attention! And what to say about the staff? They are incredibe. They were kind, attentive, helpful, responsive to our queries... and especially Tina, what an outstanding professional and a lovely person! (Tina, if you are reading this, thank you very much!!!!!) The location of the hotel, at the heart of Ortakoy, is another plus. Perfect location, close to cafés, restaurants, transportation... and surrounded by an environment full of history and nostalgia.
