The view is incredible and the staff makes that your stay is amazing

We booked a standard room but arriving at the room there was issue with bathroom. With no further inquiries the management moved us from 6th floor to 11th floor with Bosphorous view. This was very generous of them and so speedy to solve the problem. We arrived at 04:00 in the morning after flight cancellations affecting our journey, their attention to detail was so important and comforting. Thank you, Conrad! Special thanks to Adil, night time housekeeper on 11th floor for his attention to my requests.

Everything was perfect. Warm reception, great food, perfect service and outstanding comfort.
