The staff are amazing, and so friendly! They helped us with our lost baggage, calls and follow up. The tea service is just great, whenever we sat in the lobby they'd serve us delicious tea and always have a great conversation with them. The breakfast was nice too! Serhat bey and Sezen hanım were a delight!

Location, size of room, accepted our doggy Teddy, close to Erciyes, friendliness and helpfulness of staff !! Wonderful

You can quite easily park close to 10 minutes drive from the airport

The sports facilities and restaurant are top class. Everything is clean. Fruit was left in your room on arrival. The staff are polite and speak English. The mountain view from the restaurant is awesome.

Clean, staf friendly, room big

The hotel is located next to a shopping mall which is amazing. The hotel also has a lot of amenities. The view of Mt. Erciyes is amazing!

I was upgraded to the Novotel - everything was excellent. Free parking at front of hotel and room was very comfortable - check in process was quick and seamless. I will definitely be back.

We liked everything. Staff are really friendly ,so hostile. We felt like our home. Kids loved the stay. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved the breakfast. Every single food they offered in breakfast is yummy! The staff were so sweet enough that they packed our breakfast to us as we had an early morning flight.

The location is I think the best you can get, walking distance from Kayseri castle and the historic centre. What was truly impressive was the breakdfast. Easily the best I've had in Turkey, and maybe the the best in any hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpfull and nice eventhough theor english was limited. The bathroom was clean. The room had free tea and water. The bed was fantastic and big. Very good value for your money.

Everything. Good location in city center with Tram station nearby, clean, comfort, well equipped. Staff are very nice to pack breakfast for me to take away in the night before my early check-out.

Good value for the money, small room but clean

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The hotel has a very convenient and exceptional location, right in the heart of the market. Everything you may need is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and various services. I did not need to use a taxi at all during my stay. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was good and varied. The staff were very respectful, professional, and friendly, and provided a high level of service. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff and excellent value

Very clean and luxury, the staff was very helpful, in the center of the town, the parking was next to the hotel with 24houra guard who let us park our motorcycles next to him to watch them.

Very clean, spatious and within the walking distance to the centre. If the free parking in front of the hotel is mot available, there is a parking lot behind it that charge 30 lira a day.
