We loved the comfort of the room, it was spacious and relaxing. We always looked forward to returning there after a long day out! The staff were amazing as well! They genuinely cared for us and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely return to stay here if i visit Trabzon again, highly recommend!!

Super cheap for the kind of room we got

I would like to thank Mr. Özcan, the hotel owner, for his hospitality. The hotel renovation was not yet complete. Although our reservation did not include breakfast, they accommodated us in a 4-star hotel with breakfast included, without charging any extra fee. Even though the hotel we stayed at was more expensive, they paid the price difference.

Perfect place to stay when you are in Karadeniz

Everything was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was stunning and comfortable. Every member of staff made my husband and me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The hotel also plays beautiful music, which creates such a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options to choose from. A special mention to the manager, Elmas, whose warmth and kindness made our stay even more memorable. The care and hospitality from the entire team made this a truly unforgettable experience, and we left with wonderful memories.

Location 4mns by car to airport , 10mns to Meydan Staff are very friendly, multilingual and helpful, special thanks to Esmail and Mubarak for their big help.

Location in the city center. Staff are always willing to help and made stay very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly baked and prepared. Restaurant staff were very nice. Front desk staff were very warm and friendly

Great service, very convenient. Ali was really great at welcoming me and made me feel at home. The whole staff were great, if you need help in Arabic, Ali was able to provide help for anything. It was really nice I will be back again inshallah.

I have one note about the breakfast, it was fixed menue better to be an open buffet

When we first checked in, Mr. ILHAN from the reception desk made sure that we were 100% comfortable, especially when he surprised us with an upgrade to our room. We even have received a fruit platter on the spot. He made sure that we had the best time in Trabzon by explaining to us all the important things a tourist may ask. Breakfast was a surprise as well, where splendid variety of plates were displayed with superior food quality as well as service. The location of the hotel is perfect. Room had all the things that made our stay comfortable. Superior Shower and amenities. All in all, it is a must return hotel for sure.

It was nice stay in Life Point Hotel. Hotel staff received with a nice smile and took care of entire stay. Arranged airport transfer and daily trips to tourist attractions in Trabzon in a nice comfortable vehicle specially for my family. Breakfast is very good even for vegetarians, lots of vegetables, breads and other options. Location of hotel is apt... In city centre and very close to Maydan Square.. lot of shops nearby. Highly recommended to stay even reasonable and economical. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel staff is always approachable and helping for any requirements.

Amazing breakfast! For it's money it was really great

Excellent hotel with a great service, very clean and only a few minutes walk to the centre. Staff are very helpful from the front desk to the dining room and housekeeping. Beyza at the front desk is always happy to help with a smile.

Hotel only 4 years old It was very clean Big rooms,,close you all transport links plenty of restaurants cafes kebab shops..Walking distance to centre city walls and some museums excellent location.Breakfast is not buffet when we were there because it wasn't high season yet but it was more than adequate. Good value it wort the price..They can arrange tours and excursions as well .Would stay here again absolutely...
