From the first day, I was truly impressed with this hotel, which fully lives up to its price. Even though I arrived a few hours early, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could make the most of my time until my room was ready. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hot water and shower are in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to freshen up after long walks. The room is well-appointed, featuring a large TV, a big mirror, and a small couch. Overall, it is very comfortable. There is also a spacious wardrobe with several hangers for clothes. The breakfast is simply superb, offering everything from custom omelets to a daily selection of different hot dishes and a wide variety of choices. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel every evening throughout the week as the food was delicious. Even though the hotel is located away from the city center, this turned out to be an advantage since the center is quite noisy. The city is easily accessible by both taxi (which is expensive as it is across Turkey) and local minibuses (which one can get used to in just a few days). I ended up preferring taxis, but in hindsight, I wish I had used the minibuses more. The hotel looks exactly like the photos. I would love to return there again.

The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Haroon,Ahmad and the other Turkish guy at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and the people who is working at the restaurant were very nice and support always us. The location is nice, very close to the airport, but at the top of the mountain and 15 minutes from Trabzon Square. The room was very nice and always they clean the room. The hotel is 2 minutes from a street full of Arabic restaurants and shops and hotels and always crowded with people make it friendly neighborhood.

Breakfast: I wanted to try everything on offer. There was a wide selection, including fruit juices and freshly squeezed juices—delicious! The hotel was magnificent, and the upper floors offered a stunning view of the sea. The room had excellent soundproofing. The room was very clean and well-maintained; housekeeping was provided daily. I would particularly like to highlight the room's lighting: it was very functional.

I simply didn't expect such great service and a comfortable room for a one-night stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to people I know if they need a place to stay in Trabzon; it’s conveniently located near the main road, clean and tidy, and the staff are eager to help. My wife and I are very pleased.

The VIEW 😍😍 The hotel is in the middle of the forest . And it overlooking the black sea the view is amazing. Cozy , the breakfast was yummy. The beds are comfortable. A place to detach, connect to nature. I felt secure. The room size is reasonable.

Great place, nice staff, very good room!

The Hotel is very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Worth the price. The rooms are comfortable, amenities were great. We were 18 people group, so everyone enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The hotel is one of the best in the city its located right in the downtown. Everything is walking distance from the hotel restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. We loved everything about the hotel the staff were very friendly and the manager was very helpful to assist us as we were with very big family.

I like the view of my room. Superbly amazing sea view. Plus the receptionist Hayati was very helpful during my check in, at midnight . Breakfast was wonderful i love everything about my stay there i wish to come back 🥹

The location was great walking distance to Centre, the hotel was very clean very spacious and the rooms were well set out with plenty of space.

Great location, great value, great breakfast (substantial and many options, including vegetarian). Staff were friendly and spoke English at the reception. The room was quiet. It exceeded my expectations overall.

The location and even though it is situated close to a busy highway, the double glazed windows cut out most of the noises. The staff were warm and welcoming. We booked a day tour to the monastery and elsewhere. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here if I visit Trabzon again.

It was raining outside and we got wet. We arrived at the hotel at 11.00 and waited for check-in. And we were instantly checked into the room. Ahead of time. Thank them very much.
