Beautiful lake among the green Valleys.
Beautiful lake among the green Valleys. To do up the valleys * Kayla - to see scenery is a must. Dursun Ali İnan Museum was amazing. For me it is amongst the top 10 Ethnographical museums in Turkey. Just avoid high season full of Arab tourists and places made for them that is irrelevant with Uzungöl, polluting surrounding beautiful nature and Turkish culture. Recommend to paraglide and enjoy the incredible view from the air.

If you come to Uzungol Lake, Do NOT stay at the Royal...
If you come to Uzungol Lake, Do NOT stay at the Royal Uzungol Hotel Spa Restaurant. We visited the hotel to celebrate Ramadan / Eid 2023 and the hotel staff ruined it all for us. They refused to open any amenities and the entire hotel was ice cold; we were the only people staying in the hotel so they decided it wasn't worth it for them to turn on the heater for the hotel; heat the pool; turn on the sauna / steam room and activate the satellite channels. The worst hotel experience I ever had in any hotel I have ever visited.

Everything was very nice except sometimes the foggy roads around uzungol if you want to visit villages around the lake , it has to be a sunny day du to the narrow roads. the area is nice actually is very good but not for more than two nights, if u don't want to do the activities that offer there, so one night is enough, u spent the day around the lake and visit some near attractions and night enjoy the in the center and have dinner. that's all in auzngulUmMotazOman - Scored 8.08.0

It is very crowded and this may ruin the experience for many. Also, the weather was not ideal. It was cold and rainy in the middle of the summer with constant fogs that blocked the view. Also, everything is overpriced there.

We mistakenly took another route as shown by Google Maps and the roads was a little scary but manageable.
