I have talked to the guest relations manager (Alaa– an arab) she said “I have nothing to do and that’s our capability, I have no available rooms, the hotel is going through renovations, and now i’m so busy for other I can’t help you any further.” The other receptionists (they are local) the were so good m, they were trying to help, but the GR manager (Alaa) settled it as she said in what I mentioned earlier.
