The B&B is located above a tea shop, the rooms are beautifully made with wood, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Large comfortable bed in our room, hot shower is great. Bathroom products are all l’occitane and replenished daily. Lots of local tea and coffee available in the room and communal area. We took the HSR from Taipei to Chiayi then rented a car from the station, convenient parking in front of the property. The bus stop to Alishan is also directly opposite the b&b so very convenient whether your driving or arriving by public transport. Really lovely and friendly hosts as well, showed us around the tea production process and tea drying which happens on the roof! There are also restaurants and convenience stores near by.

We had a very nice stay, property is located on an actual tea plantation which is the property of the owners. Beautiful view and comfortable room, feel like home. Owners are very kind and welcoming people. Area is very quiet, be aware that restaurants close very early, at least when it's not peak season.

We loved our stay at Sianfting B&B. It is located high up on tea plantation above the village with great views from the property. The owner was super helpful, offering to drive us to/from the village, and recommended hikes near the property.

Breeze area with nature forest and Alishan tea hills. Must visit! Really a recharge to be there. If you have time stay there 2 nights at least to explore the area and unwind yourself in the nature. 1 night is still too short.

Back to nature. It has a lot of walking trails with awesome views. Love the tea oil Chicken and fried stream shrimps. Best to rent a car or book for private transport to travel around Alisan as the interval for public bus iS at least half an hour.

Simple breakfast is provided, lots of tea and coffee to enjoy. You definitely need some form of transport arrangement if you have big luggages because it’s located on a mountain, and there are many vehicles around. There are many buses at the nearby bus stop (it’s about 10 mins away) that can bring you to Alishan attractions.EvangelineSingapore

You even get l'occitane, which is as good as a 5-star hotel. You get satellite tv and relatively fast WiFi, which is better than most 4 star hotels. It is a short 10 mins walk to nearby town of Shizhao, from where some scenic and interesting walking trails are located - such as Sakura Trail, Sunset Trail, Trail of Tea, Mist Trail.
