A clean, modern, efficient and welcoming hotel whose greatest asset is its staff, who are amazing. My wife was recovering from illness while we were there and they helped us with everything, from a hospital visit to making our stay more pleasant in ways we didn't even realise we needed. We enjoyed everything about our stay here and were sorry to leave.

The hotel was absolutely lovely! The interior is so nice with a very modern design and the beds are comfortable. The lobby offers a nice coffee room to relax and they even provide board games to borrow. The staff is friendly and speak English and the breakfast was really good as well. Would absolutely return

Great location for Lukang Old Street area and the local bus station for getting around. The hotel itself has very good rooms, excellent staff and well maintained. The included breakfast takes some beating with lots of choice.

The accommodation is located right on Lukang Old Street. So it is a busy crowded street during the day but at night, after around 7.30-8.00pm, when all the shops & stalls closes, the street has gone totally quiet which gives a nice quiet evening and night. The shops & stalls open only around 10.00-10.30am in the morning so it does not disturb your sleep if you need to sleep late. The Owners are nice and helpful and they have helped in carrying our luggage to level 2 where our rooms are located. The size of the 2 king-beds room is very large.

Great location as it is at Old Street. But as it is inside a small alley, no issues with people walking past n make noise. Owner very helpful and questions answered fast.
