Featuring free WiFi, a spa center and an outdoor pool, Hoya Spa Hotel offers accommodations in Ruisui. The hotel has a hot spring bath and sauna, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. This hotel is a few kilometers outside of town, so it's quiet. There aren't any other businesses nearbty. The outdoor spa, suitable for families. is across the road, but I took advantage of the large bathtub on the balcony to have a nice soak in the hot spring water. Room is large and clearn. and Chinese breakfast is included.

The first impression of Ruisui was it was a city on the way to become a tourist attraction. The train station was brand new. New luxury hotel just opened doors. Roads were in new and good conditions too.
Beautiful, relaxing. For foreigners with rental cars - watch out. The roads are really narrow at times with open gutters. If leaving Ruisui and taking the shortest road to head east to the coast, drive carefully. Road condition is not very good with rocks falling and even blocking off both lanes after the rain. Dangerous road condition & not recommended for night travel. Arrive/depart while there is still plenty of sunlight to avoid the chance of getting stranded.
