Manager of the hostel hosted us so well, everything was clean,and the location of the place was excellent

It was very clean, well ventilated, and the staff were super amazing 🥰.. they actually threw me a surprise birthday party with cake and wine and money 🤭😍🥰. It was the best I’ve ever stayed. Thanks to them 🫂👍

The cleaness, staff are excellent and the serenity of the hotel is very good. The bar overlooking the swimming pool which has beautiful lightings at night. I arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate me.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel and were blown away by the friendly service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to store our suitcases for five days while we were on safari, which made our travel logistics so much easier. The food was another highlight of our stay—absolutely amazing and full of local flavors. Every meal felt like a true taste of the region, and we were always excited to see what was on the menu. Breakfast, in particular, was fantastic. There was a wide variety of fresh options, and the local dishes were delicious. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we always looked forward to it. The hotel staff was also very flexible with any changes or requests we had, making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, this hotel made our experience stress-free and enjoyable, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful ! Rooms were clean and comfortable, balcony was spacious. It has everything one would need. The pool and the garden were very nice too, it makes you forget you are in a city ! Also, the rooftop is a must go ! Wonderful view over Mt Meru

The hotel was fantastic! The breakfast options, facilities and location were excellent. The grounds were serene and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant. Special mention to Rachel from the restaurant who added a personal touch, Agness also from the restaurant and Pendo from housekeeping.

Venus is a very good hotel, although we stayed only one night, The Staff in the hotel were very welcoming, the room was spacious and the bed was good too WIFI in was very good, everything was convenient for us, the chef was in the restaurant exceptionally very good he made a very good dinner for us and breakfast. Would always like to return.

We loved the staff, the food and the room. Breakfast was good it had everything you could want. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. There was a huge choice of meals to choose from and both times we ate dinner there the food was fabulous.

Very close to the airport perfect for an early flight in the morning. Accommodation felt very private even though there were many other huts around you. Breakfast in the morning was great with attentive and kind staff.

Best stay of our full trip! Very nice spacious rooms with hot water, nice pool and good restaurant.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to explore all of Arusha. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is helpful and very friendly. The restaurant is equally good with a beautiful view of Mount Meru.

High standards and hospitality

I particularly liked the absolute professionalism, effectiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money, hotel way beyond expectations!

All the tourist agents and their drivers knew this hotel location. The hotel a large parking place on the main road in front. WiFi is real high speed. Good and clean restaurant with vegetarian options. There are many Indian restaurants within 100 metres including Four Point Sheraton bang opposite. Laundry service is of good quality, good turnaround time and at local laundry rates. Staff are excellent and called all the tourist agents to reconfirm my bookings. Currency Exchange options are many within 10 meters and the exchange rates are extremely good. No commission was charged for currency exchange. They exchanged UAE Dirhams and Indian Rupees too.

I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.
