The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and had this delivered to my room in the morning. The hotel's taxi driver, Martin, was very helpful and made sure I was at the right bus terminal for my ongoing journey. The room was cool and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, plenty of complementary toiletries, and a mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool, it did look very nice.

We were very impressed by Hotel Amaranth. The hotel is very close to the Mbezi bus station which was extremely convenient for our journey to the Usambara Mountains. The hotel kindly reserved our bus tickets for us, provided a free bus transfer to the station and prepared us all a packed breakfast to take with us, even though our bus was at 5:30am! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was lovely.

Nakupenda Afrika near JNIA Airport has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Kisarawe. The resort features an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, karaoke and a shared kitchen.

A very good hotel that has recently opened just outside the centre of Dar es Salaam, in the eastern suburbs. It’s ideally situated for visiting Pugu Hills, which is right on the doorstep. The airport is also easy to reach, as the road is less busy than the route into the centre of Dar. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, attentive and friendly. Everything is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. I would recommend it without hesitation!

An experience that will always remain in my heart! I stayed with Eazy and his wonderful family for 10 days, it is amazing how at home I felt from day one. It was wonderful to wake up every morning to the sound of roosters crowing and surrounded by greenery, play with the kids and watch Eazy's work who is an incredible batik artist. The rooms are simple, clean and with an attached bathroom, the home-cooked food simply delicious. With a boda you can easily reach beaches and towns, and Eazy is a caring host who will take care of you in every way. If you are looking for a peaceful place outside the city chaos, where you can experience local life and share unique moments with beautiful people, this is the right place for you. keys were there on arrival , good communication on the way and on arrival. Very nice, spacious, clean place . Hot water and wifi n fridge all working perfectly as was the flat screen tv . i was only there one day but I couldnt fault the place. 10 out of 10 from me. Athough its far from the road , the compound is spacious with enough greenery to be comfortable and sit in the compound outside the house . Also excellent value for money. Its one of the best places ive stayed in Dar if not the best for a budget apartment . The only reason i didnt give a score of 15 , is that 10 is the maximum .
