For location it was really nice being right on the lake but walking distance to the town. My room was on the African Queen and it was clean and comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They even remembered me from last year. When there was a storm and they lost water to the boat, they gave me a temporary room that had hot water so I could shower. I thought this was very thoughtful and customer service orientated. The food at the restaurants was good.

This was my second time staying at Ryan's Bay for a business trip. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The choices at the breakfast buffet are pretty varied and the restaurant has great options. The indian food is excellent! The staff is friendly and helped me book a taxi to the airport.

The host welcomed us kindly and showed us the apartment. We had the whole house for us, including kitchen and living room, so we have been able to cook and use the facilities available. Everything was extremely clean and new (the bed is amazing).We loved it also because is in the middle of the city, so it's easy to travel around.
