In Zoi Retreat Hotel we had the most amazing service we have ever had. We got an upgrade from pool view to ozean view in the special suit🥰. We got free massage and on my birthday, almost the whole crew made a dance, song and special performance with my birthday cake. Also the roomservice was amazing..they wrote Happy Birthday Andrea and a big heard on our bed with towels and a lot of flowers...they are artists❤️ We got help when ever we needed and everybody was super frindely..we just say THANK YOU FOR OUR AMAZING STAY AND EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR US❤️ Advise for all users: JUST BOOK ZOI RETREAT AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY🌞

We loved our stay here and the view was so beautiful. Every moment there was so good. The food was fantastic. The room was beautiful and decorated so well. It was so comfortable, with a fan and an air conditioner. The pool was lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going to the sister properties and walking on other beaches. The Taxi driver to go to the other lodges called Alpha was so friendly and helpful.The dive center was excellent and Hamissi was really the best instructor and Billy was great, helping me snorkel. Hopefully the marine park can be kept well with the help of the lodges and hotels and the government. The gardens are beautiful.

We loved how clean the property was. Rooms are cleaned every day. All staff is very kind although not everyone speaks English you feel positive energy from them no matter what… They simply make the efforts… Aziza at the reception is the nicest, most kind, a big hearted person. If you purchase half or full board food is going to be cooked on your order what makes this place so special. Beach is just behind the gate, 2 min walk.

The place is beautifully arranged with lots of plants/trees and three different pools. The bungalows are beautiful and spacious. All the staff are super friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Maria and Paco are very present and always up for a small chat plus always available if there are questions. The place is only a short walk to the beach. We loved that there was no buffet at breakfast, this means the food was always very fresh and no food waste!! ANd yes, there were power cuts and no water at times but this is very normal in Africa :) And Paco and Maria always tried their best to keep it to a minimum, sometimes it is out of their control especially if there is heavy rain as we had one day.

This boutique hide-away made us deconnect from the outside world. Beachfront, comfy bungalows, the whitest and softest sand, a soothing ocean breeze, and tasty food in the restaurant with ocean view. Ernesto (the hotel manager) and the rest of the team were super friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable. A plus was the free walking tour to the reef with a Masai which was organised by the hotel.

We had a very warm welcome with a little mocktail on the arrival. The room was very clean, with sea front view. The restaurant has amazing Swahili food, on a really nice rooftop!

The property is located in the quietest beach in Zanzibar, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Each bungalow is located a few meters from the beach, which gives you amazing sunrise and sunset every morning. The restaurant is also really good.

The location was amazing with great view to the Indian Ocean. Though we couldn’t swim there because of the tide and the urchins, the views and the walks on the sand were spacracular. The food was really good and tasty. The people friendly and had great hospitality. I will definitely recommended.

Beautifully designed little complex made for an extremely relaxing two night stay. The team were very welcoming and helpful, and facilitated a late check out so we could fully enjoy our last day. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed the other meals and drinks we had there. All very close to the beach, its bars and restaurants, and village.

I had an amazing stay at AHG Mlilile Sun Bay Hotel. Marco and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and made my time in Zanzibar so enjoyable. My room was spacious, super clean, and had a great view of the ocean and the pool. I went with the all-inclusive option and the food was really good. Big thanks to Marco and the team for making me feel so at home!

Everything! The facilities are very beautiful, clean and maintained with care. Food is very delicious and there is always variety of different cuisines and options. Cocktails were professionally made, with good quality ingredients, tasty. Staff is super friendly in a nice, pleasant way. Room was clean, beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. Beach in front of the hotel is well maintained, not crowded and very calm. There are several beds from the hotel on the beach where you can rest and enjoy the day. We stayed for a week and loved every moment.

The staff were outstanding! Thank you Maurizio and crew! Words fail me. The location.....😮 paradise ♥️ and the food....punching well above it's weight for such a wee hotel. Myself and my wife were made to feel like the only people in the world. The only negative is how far from Scotland this slice of heaven is. ♥️ Already discussing our return 🤣😁
