Stayed in one of the front cabins overlooking the valley below and what a view. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Food was delicious and they helped organise a safari to the national park.

The location on a rise looking over a village and down towards the Kazinga Channel, Chambura Wildlife Preserve and QE National park is stunning, meals were great. Hassan was friendly and informative; we did one of the community activities he suggested - a short walk into the nearby start of the Kyambura Gorge - and will have to return to do others!

This is an amazing home stay. They run an orphanage and do incredible work for the community. They built the guest housing to help with the projects but they go way beyond to make your stay amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and really do everything to make the stay a great experience. The room is great. The balcony is perfect after a long game drive day to chill and enjoy the fresh juice and good food. Highly recommend staying there.

Dave the owner was extermely personalble. Helped us with everything needed. He also took us for a free tour around his village, showing an authentic look at the way of the life there. Great food for all meals. They also offer a range of activities, which although we didn't take advantage of since we wanted to relax,looked like really good options for a couple day stay at this crater lake.

Location is central for visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park. The staff and owners are super friendly, and the food is seriously incredible!! There were animals out and about at night on the property, including elephants and hippos. Shower had hot water, everything was very clean.

The staff was amazingly accommodating friendly, and watched over my every need. I actually made some new friends of some of the staff and learned a lot about the flora and fauna and culture of the area. The food was great and they were sensitive to my dietary needs. And the visiting elephants were epic! I'll definitely be back ASAP.
