The staff were very receptive and respectful, they made sure to attend to my every need. The rooms were spotless, and their dinner and breakfast was superb. The environment is quite calm at all times, aleast for the night I spent and their top of the hill location gives you that atmospheric luxurious feel. A must stay for couples and work travel as well.

Great service! Simon, the Manager was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast in bed was delivered hot in the morning. Great views and lake breezes. Will return again in the future.

RVH is a “home” away from home. It’s a pleasant place of rest ( except for the occasional neighborhood dog but that’s rare). The food is great and the staff is always outstanding. Alice looked to all of my needs and was so very considerate.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful; the receptionists were ready to help anytime and were very polite. I want to give a special shout to Annet and her team at the Reception and the Restaurant Supervisor and her Team, they always call me for breakfast if they don't see me in time. The suite is organized in color themes and and cream was my best, the staff who served me where at their best. the gentle and the brown lady, where only a call away, Peace of Mind Suite Entebbe is small but the care is exceptional. The staff took me around to purchase the vegetables and the fruits that i wanted... and They offered to wash my clothes for free as an offer. imagine
