View of harbor was first rate. What a wonderful place for morning coffee. Very clean. Easy to check in, easy to get to room. Easy parking. Clear instructions for departure.

This B&B is THE place. We were treated like family. I felt so cared for and attended to, the lovely owner made sure there were cookies and asked which wines we would like. I was absolutely astounded with the care and consideration with the room and accommodations. The entire place was decorated beautifully, (which is SO HARD for hotels and B&B to accomplish,) it was decorated not only perfect for the area, but perfect for Newport. Newport is GORGEOUS, and the Bed and Breakfast completely reflected it! It had beach access which was adorably decorated on the walk there and back. The bed was lovely and clean and it had a whole fireplace!!!!!!!! I really cannot overhype this place, I almost don't want to leave a lovely review because I'd love to gatekeep it all for myself! If you're lucky enough to snag a room, I'm JEALOUS!! 129/10 Love it.

I made reservation for wrong night! Got there and Andrew and mgr re booked us at no charge. Hotel is very fresh and clean. We had our dog w us and they were very accommodating at a nominal charge. We had a view of surf and N up coast. Bed very clean and comfortable.

We loved everything.. they have all the bases covered!

We had a super comfortable room which was a great size. The staff were really welcoming and always had time to speak when we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was never crowded while we were there. The location was quiet and close to the beautiful Yaquina area of outstanding beauty, well worth a visit. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
