It was Very convenient stay in a great hotel with a great staff specially the reception two ladies TAHO & MINH.

Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.

Great hotel with good size of room and the bed so comfy. We love the hotel because of the location that very convenience for the places we want to visit. We will stay again when we visit LA.

This is already a strong review. A slightly polished version: Excellent location. The property is new, with spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient—an easy walk to downtown, Old Pasadena, shopping, attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A special shout-out to Ms. Ramos at the front desk, who was wonderful during check-in and very helpful with advice and guidance. She was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, to me and my friend. The staff were clear regarding check in and check out, along with answering my questions regarding food delivery services such as Uber Eats.

Clean and good attentive service

The Location is within a walk of restaurants and shopping. This location is close to the City of Hope Hospital. I reserved a room for 5 days, not sure how long my spouse's treatment at City of Hope would take. My spouse's treatment was completed on the third day, so I decided to leave early. I reserved through booking.com not realizing the reservation was not changeable, but booking.com was gracious enough to refund the last two days.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was spot less and clean. Easy parking and close to where we needed to be.

Well kept place, quiet with friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay.

Very clean, better than most of five star hotels. There’s a full kitchen in the room, very helpful if you are traveling with family. There is even a sofa bed that your kids can sleep in. Laundry is also convenient.
