Exceptional Hospitality A truly wonderful stay on Catalina Island. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to the wonderful lady at the front desk who welcomed us and kindly arranged an early check-in. Her elegance, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. Exceptional service is about the little things, and she made a lasting impression. We will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff! We honestly didn’t expect breakfast to be included, so that was a very nice surprise. The hotel was very clean, and everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. What impressed us even more was the service after checkout. The staff offered to keep our luggage so we could enjoy the island without carrying our bags around, and then pick them up before taking the ferry back. Everything about our stay was great. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely 5 stars — highly recommended!
