Well I checked in after 10pm Saturday night I walked up to the room which I booked a none smoking room I opened the door the comforter had big holes in it from smoking and I mean big holes then the sheets had holes and stains on them and someone had used the shower so cause a blue wash cloth was left on the shower bar so I walked back down stairs told the lady at the front a young girl with black hair who checked me in what was going on with the room and I didn't want it she goes to tell I'm sorry all we do is wash the sheets and comforters we don't have time to check them cause the room has to be done and cleaned by a certain time what do u mean u can't check them and you don't those sheets and blankets should of been in the trash not on a bed and if u couldn't see them big holes and you made that bed up with those sheets and comforter still on the bed you don't care at all and it wasn't just one hole it was too many to count she said they were sold out Saturday night so I couldn't get another room I asked for a refund she told me call booking.
